Perfect choice for the nutri bullet
Plenty of choices of smoothies, easy to make.

Research your ingredients first.
The book is layed out nicely and gives you instruction on how to make the smoothies and nutritional information is given,however, Worryingly many of the smoothies that they list recommend using FLAX SEEDS. Consider an alternative as FLAX SEEDS are very very high in phytoestrogens and that is not good IMO.

Excellent recipe book
This is an excellent smoothie book. I'm really impressed with it. Easy to follow and the recipes I've used so far are delicious. I'd recommend this

Poor quality and Not worth the money
The book is very low quality — poorly organized, lacking helpful explanations, and definitely not worth the price.

Just purchased
Not entirely convinced - the order is a bit scatty. I guess I’d likeMore evidence that the recipes do what they claim to do.I’ll have to try them and see.

Beginner-Friendly, But Too Basic
As someone new to smoothies, I appreciated the simple format. But even for a beginner book, it felt overly basic. A lot of the combinations are things I could’ve guessed myself. It could benefit from tips on ingredient substitutions or more nutritional science behind the choices.

Missing the Wow Factor
The book delivers on quantity, but not so much on quality. Several smoothies were bland, and there wasn’t much guidance on flavor balancing. Also, while it includes nutritional information, it's not clear how accurate it is or how it was calculated. I hoped for more vibrant recipes with standout flavors.
