Brookie Protein Bars - 20g Protein, Gluten Free, 12ct

Love them they're delicious!

So I just got diagnosed with type 2 diabetes at the age of 44 years old this April of 2025. Tldr it's been a long nightmare of a road trying to find good food and over snacks that are low-carb, low sugar and that actually tastes good. This is obviously falling under the category of something sweet to eat while also packing a good amount of protein. It not having any sugar in it and yet still actually tasting very much. So like a chocolate brownie was very surprising to me. Obviously it still doesn't taste like a real brownie with real sugar, but it's pretty darn close. Protein bar that makes for an easy quick snack that you can grab and take with you or keeping a package then. This is absolutely The thing you're looking for. I actually went with the galactic brownie bars, 12 count box. And I've ordered these a few times now since first getting them. Nice size, good quantity for the number spent, and the ingredients are all healthy which is great for my new diet. The texture is a bit hard, but is a firm brownie protein bar so that's to be expected. Holds up very well in warmer temperatures as well. Again would highly recommend, enjoy!

Here’s a polished version: It can be tough to hit 250 grams of protein a day, and these bars definitely help. They taste good, are relatively low in calories, and come in a nice variety of flavors. I also haven’t had any stomach issues with them. My favorites are the chocolate chip cookie and peanut butter flavors.

I did not expect a protein bar to b so sweet. The sugar level way too much for me. It is even sweeter than a bar of choc. Will not eat the rest. Be forewarned if u do not fancy a v sweet protein bar.

I love the bars. They taste great and will definitely buy again but maybe not from Amazon….WORST SHIPPING EVER. Luckily they are just protein bars and they are still edible but the boxes look like they were in a fight and they lost.
