Used for a foot soak before sleep. Not sure if magnesium was beneficial but nice to pamper yourself. I added a few drops of essential oils.

Very calming and relaxed bath

Needed to restock, read several reviews saying they had no Eucalyptus fragrance me being me thought there must be some just not very strong! I can confirm that the only Eucalyptus thing about them is the green is the packaging, absolutely zilch Eucalyptus fragrance. Never mind I only use them as a foot soak!
