Great Organic Flour for Sourdough and Baking – Easy on Digestion
A friend recommended POLSELLI Organic Flour for sourdough bread, and I’m really glad I tried it. I’ve since used it to make sourdough loaves, bagels, English muffins, and pizza crust, and it has performed really well across all of them. The flour has a light texture and a great taste, and the dough is easy to work with. One of the biggest benefits for me is that I’m gluten intolerant, and I haven’t noticed any issues when using this flour, which has been a huge plus. Overall, this has become my go-to flour for baking.

Excellent Flavor
Excellent first try results on this flour used for pizza. It's a pleasure to finally have a quality product that can be so much fun to bite into. My kitchen was filled with a beautiful aroma that I was proud of.

It's a good quality flour
The flour works just fine. While this brand, unlike, Eincorn, is not certified glyphosate free it's still organic and hopefully with less trace of chemicals.
