The drilling rig is designed with simplicity in mind for easy assembling and trans-portation. It is operated by one person to cut the cost of field work. It is so versatile that can be used for subsurface exploration and sampling by geologists, geotechnical engineers, and environmentalists, or just for drilling water wells by farmers, contractors, Do-it-yourselfers, and others. This state of-the-art portable drilling machine is the solution for special access site drilling, and for drilling water wells in remote areas worldwide. 1- Rugged welded steel structures. 2- Heavy and wide steel base frame. 3- 3hp, 2 stroke motor. 4-(4) 1 ¼ “ x 4’ Steel Rods connected by quick removal pins ( No pipe wrenches required). 5-(1) 1 ¼ “ x 3’ Steel Rod. 6- 4” x 24” Steel Auger Head designed with two-sided blades to cut through soils and bring it up to surface. The auger head is designed for easy removing soil 7-cuttings in the field. 7- 1.200 pounds Winch to pull/lower rods and auger head in the hole. 8- Large 13” Caster wheels for easy maneuvering in the field. 9- Fork to hold rods for dis/assembling in hole. 10-Simple yet unique designed horizontal bars welded to each rod to hold rods for dis/assembling in hole. 11- Shipped in two heavy wooden crates. 12- Approximate weight, 190 pounds. 13- Approximate height, 8 feet.
