Everything you need
Not super easy to fold it up, but I use it daily so I leave it out. I love it!

Sturdy, but not easy to fold up
I think that the LifeOG Pilates Reformer is a good machine, but there were some things I didn't like.First of all, it's huge and very difficult to fold up. With the idea of being to fold and unfold it, they sold me on the idea that it would be easy enough to accomplish to get out and use for daily exercise, and then put back away. But it is much more complicated to put it away than I believe was suggested. For starters, it's heavy, and not something a woman can likely do on her own. In order to fold the Pilates Reformer machine, you first have to remove the pedal foot rest (jump board), the padded shoulder stops, the hand tubes, the pull rope adjusting tubes, and pull 6 safety locking pins. Then turn it on its side so you can fold the legs up. And then lift it up from the center. This is something I am not going to be able to do on my own. So the practicality of being able to use it and then tuck it away is taken away. So I would only recommend this if you have space for it to stay set up at all times. Also the resistance of the slide support plate is not smooth as I believe it is supposed to be. It is little jerky.Things that I do like about it are that it is very sturdy. The hand straps are soft, the headrest and shoulder supports are adjustable. It was "mostly" put together, and "mostly" clear how to put the remaining parts together. It took my husband and I a little while to understand, but not too bad.Other than an instruction manual on how to put it together, there is no instruction on how to use it. I can understand why, but at the same time it's a little frustrating. I've been looking on YouTube for some beginner videos, and I suppose I'm going to have to invest in a couple one-on-one classes with a Pilates instructor to make sure that I don't hurt myself as I have some back issues. The cost of the machine is very reasonable. Considering how expensive classes at a Pilates club are, this machine pays for itself in just two months.

I’m in love with my Pilates reformer
This is my favorite piece of workout equipment in my home studio. This is by far the one that I love the most and use the most; at least five times per week. The only thing I would say is that I do not fold it; I’ve had it in its place since I assembled it and if I had to fold it, I think it would be a bit tedious. I don’t think this is something to be done every day for me. It has helped me tremendously with my health, strength, flexibility, and stability. I’m 200 pounds and I feel safe working in all positions, even standing. I would say this is a very good beginner Pilates reformer or for those who are in a budget.

Pilates Reformer - Great workout
I was worried when the box was delivered because it looked like it had been in a fight and lost. I didn't know if all the pieces would be there but I was relieved to see that they were. I think because the box is so damn heavy is why it went through hell getting to me. Yes, this thing is heavy so be prepared. And part of that is moving it to where you want to set it up so you don't have to move it again. Technically it says it's foldable but it requires too much effort to fold it and move it each time you want to use it. I think it's foldable so you can pack it if you're moving locations, not daily use. Anyway once it's assembled, which isn't too difficult, maybe a 6 on a scale of 1-10. Most of it is assembled but the parts you do have to attach to the bench require a bit of work to get it right. So now it's assembled, it looks cool, but what do you do with it? If you're a first time reformer you might be disappointed that it doesn't come with any instructions on how to use the darn thing. I believe this isn't really marketed for beginners but for someone who's used to it, like someone who goes to a Pilates studio and also wants to practice at home. Well, just like anything else you want to learn, search YT university and you'll find lots of videos to help you get started. There is a learning curve. If you're a beginner having someone who can show you how to use it properly would be aYes I would recommend this reformer but I am a beginner with nothing to compare it to. It's stable and flows smoothly. Just be prepared for how heavy it is.

Nice core stretch/workout
This has been a great piece of equipment in the house. I am a big guy (6'1" 280lbs) and have had no issues, found it a great way to stretch out before our after gym workouts. My wife and kids use it for a great core workout and easy to adjust the resistance. The main complaint we have is, it is heavy and a bit awkward to set up and put away, I normally have that task as my kids can't lift this. Otherwise it folds up and is stable standing by alone in our living room.

Good unit, very heavy
So overall the unit is really nice, and was fairly simple to assemble since the primary piece of the unit is already assembled. The interchangeable footrest and foot plate is solid, and perfect depending on the type of exercise you are doing. I did have to refer back to the picture on the website for the spring mounting, since they were hanging loose. I did check out the set up video they had, and it was informative. There are no instructions on how to use it in the box, just assembly and folding. My biggest complaint is that the unit weights close to 100 pounds, and to fold it you first need to remove the hand and foot straps with the support bars, and pull out all 6 safety pins. For a small person to turn it on it's side, fold it up, and then stand it to move it folded is not an easy task, even with the 2 little wheels. My wife tried and struggled with it, so we decided to just leave it set up and are working on moving things around in our workout room to have a permeant place for it.As a side note, when I got home and saw the box sitting in our driveway completely beat up by UPS, I was worried the unit was damaged. Thankfully, even though the Styrofoam was busted it was in 1 piece.
