These are a little too good. LOL. These are always a family favorite. They were shipped to us and were fresh the box was in good condition and I was glad that I did not need to run to the store the buy these. I’m 65 and I love this. Never was allowed sugar cereals growing up. Can’t beat the Cap’n. I also eat Kind Peanut Butter granola. They both have the same amount of sugar. Eat what you like. Cracks me up when I put the empty boxes in my recycling bin and my neighbors know no kids live there!!!!
