HikariMinute Miso, 10-Ounce

This is my favorite miso soup. Easy to make. Delicious flavor. I certainly recommend this product.

Miso was first recommended in a recipe, then the problem was to locate some. With the purchase of Hikari Minute Miso we have found a new "essential" for the pantry.In recipes and for making soups this product is a delight.

Miso is a taste I really enjoy so, I bought this hoping it would be good and it is! I'm glad I bought it. I've got some green onions on the way and just need to get some tofu for a recipe I want to try with this product. It certainly tastes like miso to me and according to the ingredients, it is miso.

Great tasting product, easy to use. My son 12 years old is able to make it for himself as a snack. Cost is a little high at a little over $11 / per bottle but I cannot find it in my local stores.

This easy to prepare Miso requires 1 cup of boiling water to 1 tablespoon of Miso. Great for a pick-me-up but even better for an upset tummy with some plain boiled white rice.

I used to be able to get this from a local grocery store, but they stopped carrying it. The company told me they were having problems at a distro center in California or something. Anyway, this is the best for miso soups and mixing with some sugar and mirin, then pouring over eggplant cooked in brewed soy sauce and peanut oil.

Love this stuff. I use it to make vegan cheese! Soups! Broth! Great flavor.
