My hair is baby fine and shiny, this leaves my hair coarse which many dislike, but that is what makes it appear thicker. It also doesn't leave it very shiny but I was told they sell a spray for shine. My hair truly looks a lot thicker but I don't like blow drying my hair every day so I only use it when I want it to look thicker. I fear it might do damage if used every day.
