Overall the back pack is comfortable and works very well for the commute to work. Couple adjustments I would suggest though:- invert the velcro patches that secure the laptop: the way it's mounted, it's slowly damaging the net pocket in front of the scratchy patch. Inverting would prevent this- the form factor of the lunch box should be rotated 90° to fit the compartment in th bag. if you make sure to align it, it means your food is on the side instead of upright.- a chest strap would help with the comfort carying the backpack.

I am so in love with this backpack! It's big, easily fit my 17.3 inch laptop, my toiletries, and snacks, and was so comfortable.The straps are padded and adjustable. Very easy to wear while travelling. The inside pocket for the laptop was also padded, so I knew my computer would be safe.There are a TON of pockets and the charging cord saved my life. I couldn't be happier with this bag so far.Bonus: It is SO cute. Fun print, and the fabric is a nice washable fabric. I am highly satisfied.

Water resistant. Big enough for a 17” laptop and my textbook and notebook. Lots of useful compartments to stay organized, and the price is great!The bag arrived on time and just as cute as pictured. I love it!The security / lock up top is a plus!Update: it’s October 10, 2025! I just wanted to say that this backpack has been on several domestic airline trips and one international trip, carrying a 17” and 12” laptop plus my iPad, Mouse, notebooks along with anything I needed in a carryon during my trips, and it has been a marvelous experience! It’s easy to wipe and keep clean! And if you shorten the straps it makes it easier to carry when it’s heavy. I also use this bag every day for school during active semesters. The bag still looks great! No tears or holes! No loss of color!(I did not receive this bag for free for a review. I paid for it outright and am receiving no benefits for my comment. I just want people to know it’s a strong bag, easy to clean, helps you organize your things well! And is TSA friendly!)

I've been using this bag for a year and have been very happy with it! I travel at least once a month and I commute to work three days a week, so this bag does double duty as my primary bag and travel bag. It's just the right size, not too big but not too small either. The front pocket has a number of smaller compartments which makes it easy to separate all my things when travelling or flying. There's also room for me to keep a small bag of snacks and my wallet in the front pocket. In the main pocket, I keep my laptop, notebook, books, my lunch and other bags of items, like Kleenex, wipes, masks, etc. The side pockets are great for holding my water bottle and my power bank for easy access. And the small hidden pocket at the bottom of the bag (against your back) is super handy for grabbing things quickly, like Kleenex or lip balm.My one complaint is that the charge cable would not work reliably and wasn't capable of charging my S21 ultra. I ended cutting it out because it wasn't useful and the cables often got in the way and I tend to use Bluetooth headphones anyways.I have used this bag on ulta low cost carriers (Flair and Lynx) as a personal item with no issues even though its a bit bigger than their measurements. Just don't overstuff it and it's good to go. But great for flying and keeping all your items at your fingertips in the small space of your airline seat.After a year of heavy use, some of the fabric is starting to show wear but the bag itself, zippers and whatnot, are all in great working condition.
