I was very pleased with the Madam Sew Heat Erasable fabric markers. The markers worked as advertised at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend these markers to any one that sews!

These 4 pens each come with one refill and I was only able to get through 7 bowl cozies and then had to refill it!! (each cozie only needs 6 lines marked) They’re great overall but don’t last which really sucks.

The title says it all. I have tried other fabric pens, tailor’s chalk, and even a regular pen only to be disappointed with the results. The ink flowed smoothly without scribbling on scrap fabric to get it started. Additionally, you get ink refills in each color pen in the box. I was initially skeptical of the “heat erasable” part of the description. It’s true! The ink, or whatever the magical potions are, completely disappeared when I ironed the fabric. My kids were even surprised. Not that the ink disappeared, but that at I actually ironed. That’s a completely different post! I love, love, love these. As long as Madam Sew makes them, I will keep buying them when the ink on these ones runs out. I suggest everyone who sews does the same.

The pens mark very well. The white takes time to actually appear which can be very odd. The pens run out of ink incredibly quickly. I was making a bodysuit and the first white pennant out of ink before I had finished the one garment. There’s an ink refill in the package but even so, these simply convert quickly.

These heat erasable pens are a lifesaver when you are sewing, particularly good for quilting. I don't know how I managed without them. The only problem is that they are so expensive.

Amazing

I used the black pen on green cotton fabric. The colour went away and left a white ghost. The Madam Sew website says to hand wash. I have even tried washing twice even spraying with a pre- wash stain remover and it is still visible. Ruined a Christmas gift.
