I’ve been using Pompeian 100% Grapeseed Oil for cooking, and it’s great for high-heat applications like deep frying and baking. It’s also fantastic for use on my cast iron cookware, helping to maintain the seasoning without any overpowering flavor. The light and subtle taste works perfectly in various dishes, and the 68 FL.
