This fat tire e-bike is absolutely awesome for my commute! It handles the full 10-mile route with several steep hills effortlessly at top speed, and the shock absorption system makes the ride incredibly stable and safe. I found an assembly video tutorial on the product page, which helped me put it together in about 40 minutes to an hour. At first, I thought the battery was faulty, but when I contacted customer service, they were very patient and provided professional after-sales guidance! Later, I noticed that the charger light turns from red to green when fully charged, and there's also a battery power switch—both features are very thoughtful. It charges pretty quickly, taking about 5 hours to reach full capacity. I usually charge it overnight, and if I see the battery running low during the day, I just remove it and charge it at my office. So convenient!

Terrible bike. I’ve only had it for 4 days and everyday I had to add air to the back tire. The battery life sucks, I had it on a charger for 8hrs and the battery died on me on a 40 min bike ride. The kick stand is weak. The screws for the handle bars will not screw in all the unless u have a drill and bit to tighten them. The tools that come with the bike are bs. Overall the bike is trash. If you still decide to get the bike get the warranty on it. I promise it’s the not best. The photo I added was the second day of owing the bike. Mind you I kept the bike in the garage all night so how did it lose so much air? Oh probably cause the inner tube is already busted.

Overall it's a good bike. I've had it for a ninth and haven't had any issues besides the bike chain and brake pads. If you're going excessive speeds and need to stop abruptly, you'll notices your stop time getting longer. I'd recommend buying additional brake pads for your convenience. The bike chain loosening and tire getting low on air are usual for me, since where i live the sidewalks are hazardous so I have to do maintenance on my bike weekly. Other than that, the battery life lasts me about three days on a full charge (I have a 20 min commute to work). The power is great, you'll zoom off so be careful. Very easy to assemble since the heavier/ difficult parts are already installed for you, just make sure you have a power tool to tighten the bolts, they can loosen easily while riding. It's a strong bike, a little heavy but great. I bought this bike during a sale so for what I paid, yes, I think it's good value for money. Since I don't have a car, this is great for me to get to work or run small errands, and I've saved so much on car share alone this month.
