Mostly good
Decent for the cost.There were a couple of small cracks where metal brackets had been fastened by the manufacturer. One the the planks has an issue where the trimmed edge was not cut to the same dimensions as the other planks, it was too large and as a result difficult to install, almost like a cut wasn’t completely finished . The paint/finish of this item was not great either, a couple of spots where the paint is way too thick and shows a shiny raised texture on the wood, but in other places the paint is thin and looks to be unevenly coated.Item seems very sturdy with quality wood. Hardware and tools are good quality as well with smart packaging to stay organized, and instructions were easy to follow. Raise lower mechanism also seem to be good quality, and converting the sitting position is very easy.

Not sturdy and difficult setup.
This futon is not as sturdy as I had hoped and the color is not what was expected. At this point taking it apart and trying to return it is more wasted time.

Wish I hadn't done this! Costly mistake!
Too many pieces so we had to pay to get this put together and instructions were poor! Really not happy with the way it looks or the comfort. Wish I had gone with metal! Very poor decision on my part.

bigger then it looks
The construction was challenging but once put together it is sturdy. however its bulkier then it appears and if you find its too big for your room the seller makes it impossible to return. they demand it has not been assembled and returned at your cost in original packaging. how would you know its not a fit if you don't assemble it? and the box is enormous so how would you store it? (having a small place with no garage and only a very small shed) im on the fence about the shipping costs as to whether that is justifiable or not but have you looked at the price of shipping lately? so over all if you have a big room its great but know your space before you purchase because they will not work with you on a refund and return.
