I’ve been feeling really energized since taking this supplement. I will definitely keep taking this for my health and wellbeing.

It’s a very good product for energy. Almost as good as Balance of Nature yet it’s fifty percent less of what Balance of Nature costs. I’ve tried several other energy Superfood pills on Amazon and this one gives me the most boost for my money.

When purchasing vitamins from the store Natures Bounty is one brand I tend to repurchase. I have used many of their generic supplements before to see that they have a superfoods/energy supplement I was excited to try it. Not much of any flavor to these since they are the gelatin capsules and personality I have no problem swallowing them. These are on the smaller side after all. I did notice something similar to a caffeine boost when I took these everyday which is better than sugary energy drinks.

I have felt great since using these! Crazy how a little fruits and veggies can change your energy levels so drastically!! Love!

I took these for 30 days, then went off them for 30 days and honestly didn't notice any discernible difference. If I'm paying around $17 a month to take a supplement, I definitely want to see some differences to know they are doing something. The ingredients seem to be packed with a wide range of fruit and vegetables in a blend, but how effective are these vegetables and fruits in powdered form and in the micro dose of the pill once a day? I do not personally see this having any real health benefits when you could (in a much healthier way) try to up your fruit and veggie servings instead, eating real food. Aside from that, they are easy to swallow, but I did not personally notice a difference in sleep quality or energy levels. At a high monthly cost, the value isn't there for me.
