Thick durable material. Fits perfectly in my truck bed toolbox without cutting down. Color is black like shown. Feels kind of like a thick foam material. After putting in the toolbox items seem to shift around less. Liner stays in place and hasn’t moved or rolled up. Good price to improve a toolbox.
