Quest Cookies & Cream Has Become One of My Favorite High-Protein Snacks
I picked up the Quest Cookies & Cream Protein Bars because I wanted something convenient that could satisfy a sweet craving while still helping me hit my protein goals, and this flavor turned out to be a really good choice. The first thing I liked was the balance between taste and nutrition. With 21g of protein, 4g net carbs, and only 1g of sugar, the macros are excellent for something that actually feels like a snack instead of just another protein supplement. It is filling enough that I can have one between meals or after a workout and not feel like I need something else immediately afterward. The Cookies & Cream flavor is also one of the better Quest flavors I have tried. It has a nice mix of chocolate and cream flavor without tasting overly artificial to me. The small cookie-style pieces add a little texture and make it more enjoyable than a completely plain protein bar. I also appreciate the high fiber content because the bar feels more satisfying than many lighter protein snacks. The 4-count box is convenient for trying the flavor without committing to a huge quantity, and the individual wrappers make them easy to keep in a backpack, desk, or gym bag. Protein bars will always have a slightly different texture than regular candy bars, but this one does a good job balancing good macros with an enjoyable flavor. Overall, this is a convenient, filling, and genuinely tasty protein bar that makes getting extra protein much easier. I would definitely buy the Cookies & Cream flavor again. **Five stars!**

Tasty, Great macros, Great size. Can’t go wrong at all.
The macros are really good; quest bars are definitely a contender for the best protein bar out there. These CAN melt easily when in a warm space but some taste better warmed up. If you’re looking for taste, quest gives really good taste yet there will still always be an obvious artificial taste , which is how you know the protein bar is actually giving you what you need lol. If you can handle the taste of protein bars, these are the best with good sizing as well. (personally, I think the blueberry muffin is the absolute best west bar)

Best Protein Bar
Had I known about Quest Bars sooner, I wouldn't have spent so much money on other far more expensive protein products for my keto weight loss program. What I love best about these in addition to their reasonable price and SNAP EBT eligibility is the wide variety of flavors which helps to avoid monotony. Every flavor tastes really good, not at all like any other protein bar I've ever tried.

My favorite bar, from Amazon they are too firm, almost inedible. Watch out for the fiber content!
I have been working on my protein and try to stay under around 10-15 times calories to protein in a viable bar. The Quest bars to this and are delicious. The cookies & cream bars are by far my favorite. They help me ensure my high protein intake without adding too many calories and not just protein powders. The texture is nice with a little cookie bits. The price is ok, but they seem to be going up every few weeks, which I think is more on the distributor than the manufacturer. I would have given it 5 stars, but I have ordered around 20 boxes from Amazon, and these are all too firm. I don't know if they are stored in refrigeration or maybe uncontrolled temperatures, but I have never had firm ones aside from ones from here. Be careful and order less and see if you can tolerate the higher firmness from however Amazon stores them. Also! watch out for the fiber content. I was eating many of these a day as I was figuring out my new protein goals and I ended up eating too much fiber (and all the entails) - but they can be addicting!

Great source of fiber
These are very tasty. Best part is the high amount of fiber. Will be ordering again.

They're not bad, but not great either.
I got these for $6 something and I decided I would give these a shot to add some more variety to protein bars I bring to work and I don't hate these things, but there are a couple of things I definitely dislike. +Flavor is actually pretty good, it doesn't taste artificially or taste too much like sugar alcohol like a lot of the other protein bars which is a plus. -Price is kind of steep, $6 is an alright deal imo, but once it reaches almost $10 or sometimes even over for just 4 bars that's when you just try something else. -Texture I really hated, it was like eating a foam brick, a tasty foam brick, but nonetheless I wish it was softer. +I'm not really educated with macros or anything, but I do love seeing actual fiber in these. Overall I would say they aren't bad, but there is more to be desired. If these things just had a better texture and price these things would be amazing as they actually kept me full, but I just don't really like eating these things unless it's the last thing in my bag. I would be willing to try other Quest branded stuff however.

Bars a great, but it’s only a 4-pack
Illustration shows the standard big box, but the actual box only contains 4 bars. Read the description, ignore the pictures.
