roborock Qrevo S Pro Robot Vacuum Cleaner with Mop, 18,500 Pa Suction

I tried using a Shark Matrix Robot Vacuum + mop and was not that impressed with it. I saw a video of this Vacuum and cleaner and mop. It looked very good so decided to buy it. I was not disappointed, in fact I was surprised how much I could do with it. I have a detached house with two bedrooms, study, Sitting room, Dining room and Kitchen. Plus a couple of other rooms. Out house is split level and the main living area is upstairs, so based the dock in the dining room which is centrally situated in the upstairs living area. Where the living room, dining room and kitchen are. Plus a utility area and a bathroom are. I was not interested in using it for those two rooms. I set it up and set it off to do a quick map of the upstairs area that I wanted covered and was really surprised how quick it took to do it. Apart from the kitchen, the rest of the area living room and dining room are carpet. So did the first clean on carpet in those two rooms, it cleaned them up great. I have two small Yorkshire Terriers who do leave some hair on the carpet and it picked them all up. I was further amazed on how you could customise the unit via the phone app and it made the product even better. The ease of how it cleans and then returns to the dock to empty the dust and dirt the robot collects into a bag on the dock, unlike the Shark, where you have to remove the collection basket to dispose of into a dustbin. After I received the Roborock cleaning agent I then did just the kitchen and was further impressed of the thoroughness of the robot and it only took 20 minutes to first vacuum the kitchen and then go back to the dock to empty it, then proceed to mop the kitchen and then go back to the dock to empty out the dirt collected by mops into the dirty water chamber in the dock. We have a Philips One mop and after using that in the kitchen it takes a least 10 minutes to dry enough to walk on. The Roborock dried within five minutes. Finally I could see you could use it on multi-floors and was not sure how to do this and contacted support on their help page and they fully explained how to do this within a couple of days. The other thing is I love how you can customise the maps and be able to add where furniture stand, areas where you don't want the unit to go and what sort of surfaces different rooms have. BTW, I have called it Muffin after a very robust dog we had <LOL>

We have a challenging floor: uneven brick in the kitchen, deep pile rugs, floorboards and brick hearths in the living room plus two Cocker Spaniels wandering about who create a lot of fluff and dust and generally get in the way of Sir Ranulph Finds (mis-spelling deliberate), our robot vacuum who explores our home. Sir R has been amazing. It copes with the little ramp we built for it to overcome the kitchen step. Our house has never been cleaner - not just the floor, but all the surfaces because it has significantly reduced the dust. It knows exactly which areas to mop and which to only vacuum. It's extra little brushes work brilliantly. Even my breathing has improved. If I'd believed that it could possibly work this well I would have got one ages ago. A bargain: it cost less than the quote we had for a domestic deep clean. The video shows it navigating a chair leg.

Very easy to manage through the app, easy to map your house or different floors. Easy to set up regular times to clean. So far doesn't appear to use too much water. Our floors have never been so clean. It has occasionally needed help at the top of our carpet stairs but I think it was still mapping the area, when there is an error we get an alert on the app and the robot will just stop/turn off so no problem if there is an error overnight. It wouldn't wake you. We use it a across 3 floors and run it every night for a short cycle (young kid). Would recommend! A very user friendly first Robot vacuum, however, would say that the vacuum is quiet but not super quiet. It doesn't bother us as we head to sleep but if you have a tiny living space, you might not want to run it whilst sleeping.

We bought the Roborock Qrevo S Pro having returned a Shark robot vacuum and mop which didn't live up to expectations. The robot quickly maps your home and updates the map each time it goes out to clean. It effectively identifies different floor surfaces meaning it knows where to vacuum and mop and where to just vacuum. It both vacuums and mops well. Apart from when emptying at the end of the cycle, the robot is very quiet and unobtrusive. It does talk to you - for example to tell you it is emptying or starting to charge - which I find irritating. I am sure there is a way to stop the announcements but I haven't found it yet. Which brings to me to the one small reservation about this vacuum - the app. This works - it is OK, but it is not intuitive. It took a little while to work out how to use it as functions aren't always where you expect them to be. 'Routines' where you set the parameters for the cleaning session ie just vacuum or deep vacuum followed by mopping etc are set in one place but schedules where you make a routine happen at a certain day and time are found elsewhere. So does it do the job? Absolutely! Having had it operating for a week now the difference in our carpets is amazing - we never realised they were so dirty! We love it!

malfunctioned out of the box. Unpacked the whole flipping thing, followed all the instructions, got to the point of turning it on and it comes on fine and then after about 30 seconds tells me that the temperature something, please return to normal temperature and try again. My house was about 22C, and the vacuum had been sat out of the box on the floor for 3 hours at this point while I did other stuff, so it wasn't freezing from transport or anything like that. I found a few mentions of the issue online, with no resolutions offered. So have packed it all back up and returned it. Unlike most returns, I was very limited on options, there were no options offered that didn't require a box. This is a big, heavy box that I then had to carry. And, I assume because this is expensive, I have to wait for the return to actually make it back to their processing place before they refund me, unlike most of my returns which refund the second I drop them in the box. Which is frankly irritating, because this is a lot of money to tie up for 14 days, and this item is currently on special offer for 2 more days. So if I want to risk trying again, I have to put another £300 of my money up. There was no option to simply exchange for a working one. So at this point, I'm not impressed with either roborock or Amazon!! I obviously have no idea of how good a vacuum it is.

I don't usually write reviews, but this genuinely deserves one. I spent weeks researching robot vacuum and mops before buying the Roborock Qrevo S Pro, and I can honestly say it's one of the best purchases I've ever made. We have three dogs, a mixture of carpet and vinyl flooring, and I was sceptical about whether it would actually cope. It has completely exceeded my expectations. The vacuuming is excellent, the mopping leaves the floors spotless, and the self-emptying, self-washing and self-drying dock means there's hardly any maintenance. The mapping was incredibly quick and accurate, it navigates around furniture with ease, and it's fascinating to watch it work out the most efficient route. Being able to clean individual rooms or schedule different cleaning routines is brilliant. The biggest surprise is just how much time it saves. Instead of thinking "I really should hoover today", the floors are simply... clean. Every day. Dog hair has virtually disappeared, and the house feels fresher all the time. Yes, it's a significant investment, but after using it I genuinely believe it's worth every penny. I only wish I'd bought one sooner. If you're sitting on the fence like I was, I'd say go for it. It's one of those rare purchases that actually lives up to the hype.

Great Kit Overall: It simply works day in and day out, drastically cutting down on manual sweeping and mopping. It lasts on battery life. Downfalls & Quirks (After 2 Months) Surface-Level Cleaning Only: It excels at routine maintenance, but it doesn't give floors a deep, aggressive scrub or intense extraction for heavy ground-in dirt—you'll still need a manual deep clean occasionally. Scuff Marks: The black plastic body picks up white scuff marks surprisingly easily when it bumps against white painted skirtings during edge-cleaning. Debris Trailing: Occasionally, the side brush or main roller kicks up or leaves a stray trail of light dust or crumbs rather than fully capturing everything on the first pass. Overall, an exceptionally capable robotic helper that handles the daily grind with ease, provided you don't expect it to replace occasional heavy-duty manual cleaning. The deal we got was awesome but still seems to be the same price…

The S5V is an excellent machine, it's been a big help for my elderly parents, keeping carpeted and tiled floors alike clean. For the money, the features available really are good, and I have spent an inordinate amount of time researching this topic. Pros: - Great suction - The "duo-divide" main brush really does well at keeping cat hair and human hair off the brush, as well as general vacuuming. The side brush is similarly good with this. I have been using it over a month and haven't seen a single hair, it's genuinely impressive. - The mop works very well. The machine is weighty, which I think adds helpful pressure to the mop pads. - The extending mop pad cleans up against walls and large objects well. - The dock automations are great. It vacuums the robot's dustbin in about 10 seconds. It cleans and dries the mop pads very well, so no bad smelling mops to worry about. - Straightforward to maintain. - The navigation is effective. It maps out floorplans well, cleans efficiently, and can figure out where it is. - Scheduling is superb. I've set it up to vacuum and mop at night, which it reliably does, so everyone wakes up to clean floors in the morning. - The mobile app is very good (if you like mobile apps). Lots of customisations are available, it gives reports on cleaning runs that even show you precisely where it has and hasn't been, and can alert you to any issues. Middling points: - It relies heavily on the mobile app. That's not an issue for me, and it'll work with minimal fuss once set up, but just one to be aware of, if you're setting it up for people who are less keen on app usage. Also there are start, stop and go-home buttons on top, that will work just fine too. - No camera on the front. Personally I prefer that for privacy reasons, but it has some drawbacks in obstacle avoidance. - If you vaccum and mop in one run, at the end it might empty the bin on the robot but neglect to wash and dry the mops. Easy to rectify (just vacuum first and mop second as separate actions when setting up runs). - Depending on how heavily used it is, you'll want to clean the dock mop wash plate from time to time. It's a quick and easy job though. Drawbacks: - Obstacle avoidance is a bit limited. It detects larger objects just fine, but smaller ones, it might have to bump into. Not a major thing in my view, just keep things like cords, shoelaces, low lying cat bowls etc either off the floor or set up keep out zones in the app so it avoids them. - No extending sidebrush! If it had this it'd be even better. As it is, it can't brush right into 90 degree corners. - It cleans the perimeter of rooms once, then focuses more heavily on the rest of the floor. It'd be nice if it cleaned perimeters a bit more, though it does a pretty good job even with just a single pass. My understanding is all Roborock machines do this by default, but I haven't tried them all.

Très satisfait de ce Roborock Qrevo S5V. Livraison rapide, produit très bien emballé, montage simple et paramétrage avec l’application très rapide. L’aspiration est excellente et le nettoyage est efficace et rapide. J’apprécie particulièrement le bras extensible des serpillières, qui permet de bien nettoyer le long des murs et des meubles. Le robot contourne bien les obstacles et son entretien est simple La cartographie des différents étages avec détection automatique est également très pratique. L’application est claire et facile à utiliser. Le lavage des sols est correct pour l’entretien quotidien, même s’il ne remplace pas totalement un vrai passage de serpillière pour un nettoyage en profondeur. Cela dépend toutefois du niveau d’exigence de chacun. Au final, un excellent achat que je recommande sans hésiter.

Onze eerste robot stofzuiger met dweilfunctie. Hij overtreft zelfs onze verwachting en “klimt” moeiteloos over kleine obstakels zoals tafel steunen. Hij maakt echt grondig schoon, de kleur van het dweilwater en inhoud van de opvangbak van de stofzuiger maakt dat wel duidelijk. Het in kaart brengen van de ruimtes beneden, bij ons ongeveer 65m2, koste de robot ca 1 uur tijdens de eerste schoonmaak rit. Daarna stelt hij de kaart continu bij en het slimme schoonmaak programma werkt zeer goed. Erg blij met de aanschaf!

FAZIT VORAB Für mich ist der roborock Qrevo QV 35A aktuell eine der überzeugendsten Komplettlösungen aus Saugen, Wischen und komfortabler Wartung über die Dockingstation. Besonders in Haushalten mit Kindern, Tieren und gemischten Bodenbelägen spielt er seine Stärken voll aus – ich vergebe 5 von 5 Sternen. EINSATZBEREICH & ANLASS FÜR DEN KAUF Der Roboter ersetzt bei mir einen Ecovacs T80 und wurde parallel zu einem Switchbot S20 getestet. Haushaltssituation: zwei Katzen, drei Kinder, entsprechend viele Krümel, Haare und Pfotenabdrücke auf Parkett, Teppich und Fliesen. Ziel war, den Boden mit möglichst wenig Aufwand dauerhaft sauber zu halten, sowohl was das Saugen (täglich) als auch das Wischen (2x pro Woche geplant und bei Bedarf) angeht. Wichtig waren mir starke Saugleistung, zuverlässige Teppicherkennung, gute Wischleistung und eine Dock, die möglichst viel Wartungsarbeit abnimmt. ERSTER EINDRUCK & VERARBEITUNG Der roborock QV 35A macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Der Roboter selbst ist angenehm flach und passt bei mir problemlos unter die Couch, was im Alltag wirklich einen Unterschied macht. Die All-in-One-Station wirkt sehr sauber verarbeitet, nichts klappert, die Materialien machen einen soliden Eindruck. Das Einrichten, Kartenerstellung und die Bedienung über die App gingen schnell und ohne Frust. Die Menüführung empfinde ich als intuitiv, auch das Anlegen von Reinigungsplänen ist übersichtlich gelöst. PRAXISERFAHRUNG IM ALLTAG In der täglichen Nutzung überzeugt der Roboter vor allem durch seine sehr gute Reinigungsleistung. Die 8000 Pa Saugkraft machen sich bemerkbar: Krümel, Katzenhaare und feiner Staub werden zuverlässig aufgenommen, die Saugleistung ist im direkten Vergleich zu meinem alten Ecovacs T80 spürbar besser. Ich nutze meistens Saugstufe 3 von 4 – damit ist er leise genug für den Alltag und reinigt trotzdem gründlich. Auch im Vergleich zum T80 ist der roborock wesentlich leiser - wobei man fairerweise sagen muss, das der T80 nicht mehr der Jüngste ist und ein direkter Vergleich hier sicher nicht fair ist. Das Wischergebnis hat mich besonders beeindruckt. Im direkten Vergleich zum Switchbot S20 mit breiter Rolle schneiden die beiden rotierenden Wischmopps des Roborock deutlich besser ab. Bereits beim ersten direkten Vergleich war der Unterschied klar sichtbar: Der Boden wirkt nach dem Wischen gleichmäßiger und „gründlicher“ sauber. Ich lasse 2x pro Woche wischen und ansonsten täglich saugen – der Boden ist damit tadellos sauber. Auch ist es sowohl in technischer Hinsicht wesentlich leichter als auch in Punkto Kosten viel günstiger die beiden Mops zu ersetzen, als es zB bei einer Wischrolle der Fall ist. Sehr gut funktioniert auch die Hinderniserkennung. Der Roboter findet sich dank LiDAR-Navigation schnell und präzise zurecht, Karten werden zügig und detailliert erstellt. Hindernisse wie Möbel oder kleinere Gegenstände werden meist zuverlässig erkannt und umfahren. Stolperfallen und lose Kabel räume ich vor dem Start trotzdem weg – das ist aber bei fast allen Saugrobotern sinnvoll. Die Vermeidung von Verheddern durch die spezielle Bürstenkonstruktion ist in einem Haushalt mit Katzen und langen Haaren ein echter Pluspunkt, da hatte ich beim T80 doch des öfteren Probleme. Die Station nimmt einem viel Arbeit ab: Entleeren, Reinigen, Trocknen der Mopps und Nachfüllen funktionieren unkompliziert. Das Mopptrocknen ist hörbar, aber für mich nicht unangenehm laut und bleibt in einem normalen Rahmen, nebenbei fernsehen ist kein Problem, da habe ich schlimmeres erwartet, ein Fön ist selbst in kleinster Stufe lauter. Wasser nachfüllen und den Behälter entleeren geht schnell und ohne große Sauerei. Zur App: Hier war etwas Einarbeitung nötig, aber nach kurzer Zeit geht die Bedienung leicht von der Hand. Es lassen sich detaillierte Reinigungspläne, Sperrzonen und individuelle Einstellungen für Räume festlegen. Die Kartenerstellung ist präzise, und selbst wenn ich die Station im Raum umstelle, muss ich die Karte nicht komplett neu anlegen – das funktioniert wirklich gut. Bei Ecovas war es leider sehr frustrierend dass der Roboter die Karte ständig vergessen hat und daher alle raumbezogenen Saugeinstellungen verloren gingen, ich hoffe das läuft hier besser. Aber der erste Eindruck ist sehr gut, falls sich das ändert werde ich berichten. Für stark verunreinigte Flächen ist es nach meiner Erfahrung sinnvoll, groben Schmutz vorher zu entfernen – der Roboter ist zwar gründlich, aber kein Ersatz für eine intensive Grundreinigung von stark verschmutzten Böden. Eingetrocknete Flecken zB schafft er nicht, aber das habe ich auch nicht erwartet. VORTEILE - Sehr hohe Saugkraft (8000 Pa) für gründliche Tiefenreinigung. - Deutlich bessere Saugleistung als mein vorheriger Ecovacs T80. - Zwei rotierende Mopps mit sehr gutem Wischergebnis, im Vergleich zum Switchbot S20 klar überlegen. - Teppiche und empfindliche Böden werden durch die Mop-Anhebung gut geschützt. - All-in-One-Dock übernimmt Entleeren, Waschen, Trocknen und Nachfüllen weitgehend automatisch. - Sehr gute Hinderniserkennung und zuverlässige LiDAR-Navigation mit schneller, präziser Kartenerstellung. - Anti-Verfilzungs-Bürstensystem, ideal bei Haustieren und langen Haaren. - Roboter ist angenehm flach und erreicht auch niedrige Möbel wie z. B. unter der Couch (hier hat der fast doppelt so hohe Switchbot S20 gepatzt). - Leiser Betrieb (v. a. auf Saugstufe 3), gut im Alltag nutzbar. - App-Bedienung nach kurzer Einarbeitung intuitiv, viele Einstellmöglichkeiten und Reinigungspläne. - Station hochwertig verarbeitet, Wasserbehälter sind leicht zu befüllen und zu entleeren. - Gute Integration für smarte Nutzung (z. B. mit Alexa/Google Home) und auch in Homeassitant leicht zu intergrieren NACHTEILE - Teilweise Probleme mit Kabelverheddern und kleineren, nicht erkannten Hindernissen möglich. - App erfordert zu Beginn etwas Einarbeitung. - Vor dem Start sollten Stolperfallen und lose Gegenstände entfernt werden. - Für sehr stark verschmutzte Flächen ist meist eine Vorreinigung sinnvoll. PREIS-LEISTUNGS-EINSCHÄTZUNG Ich habe 350 Euro bezhalt und dafür bietet der roborock QV 35A ein sehr stimmiges Gesamtpaket. In dieser Preisklasse bekommt man eine starke Saug- und Wischleistung, eine durchdachte All-in-One-Station und viele Komfortfunktionen, die im Alltag wirklich etwas bringen. Aus meiner Sicht ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis herausragend gut, vor allem im Vergleich zu Konkurrenzmodellen, die weniger bieten oder teurer sind. ABSCHLIESSENDES FAZIT Ich bin mit dem roborock Qrevo QV 35A insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Für Familienhaushalte mit Tieren und gemischten Bodenbelägen, die eine komfortable, möglichst autonome Reinigungs-Lösung suchen, ist dieser Saug- und Wischroboter eine klare Empfehlung – von mir gibt es 5 von 5 Sternen.

Appareil défectueux. La connection entre le robot et la station ne se fait pas. Impossible de lancer le nettoyage. Je viens de demander un retour pour en racheter un autre. J'ai eu le remboursement sans problème. Le nouveau foctionne super bien. Il aspire et nettoie. J'en suis ravie. C'est une belle aide au quotidien 💪🏻
