Bought here because I knew what I wanted and was easier than going in store, so if you know what level firmness you are looking for, it's a good bye

Not Bad Okish product.
Ok very thin pillows, neck support also ok ish, quality is fine nothing special which is expected as the pillows are not very expensive. Ok to use for few months and then maybe replace.

Shockingly bad
Worst pillow ever. The pillow feels like a sandwich which just collapses when you lie on it. No support. No obvious memory foam. And too hot/makes you over heat. This is easily the worst pillow I’ve ever slept on and other family members agree because I unfortunately bought 6. At the time of purchase these pillows were £30 for 2, now they are £8.95 for 2 and that is still a rip off. Do not let the Silentnight brand name fool you, I dont understand the thousands of good reviews unless I have been scammed.

Nice pillow but worth paying the price for an actual memory foam pillow
