I am so happy with this purchase. The TV has a great picture and screen quality and the sound quality is very clear. I paid Amazon the extra fee to have the delivery guys bring the TV into the house, unpackaged it and set it up. I can’t remember what the amount was but it was nominal. One of the two guys was very informative with the TV remote and gave me tips on how to use the remote and what the TV could do. They also hauled away my old heavy plasma TV and disposed of it. I live alone and would have had to get someone to help with all of those things. It was all so easy.

This 77 inch Samsung OLED S90F is simply stunning. I was skeptical upgrading from my previous TV but the difference is immediately noticeable from the moment you turn it on. The picture quality is extraordinary true blacks, rich colors, and 4K detail that makes everything from sports to movies look incredible. The OLED panel handles dark scenes better than anything I’ve seen at this price point. Smart TV features are smooth and responsive, no lag navigating menus or switching inputs. Setup was straightforward and the slim profile looks great on the wall. At 77 inches the size is perfect for a living room and the screen fills your field of view the way a good home theater should. If you’re debating between this and a lesser TV, just make the jump. You won’t regret it.

This is an excellent TV, very smart with a spectacular picture and perfect communication capabilities. It was listed on Amazon as "open box> and priced right. When we received it, there was no sign it had ever been installed, as all the cables and fittings were in sealed boxes and the protective packing of the large screen seemed original. It was of course delivered quickly, and it works perfectly.

Honestly, I'm unimpressed and find it more frustrating than enjoyable. Yes, it has a great picture but that's pretty much the best thing I can say about it. The Tizen OS user interface is simply awful (I'm going to connect my previous Roku Ultra so I don't have to deal with it). It seems more designed to sell you app subscriptions than allow you to find and watch the content you want to see. It insists on showing you apps/channels you don't care about and won't let you remove them. One of the features (which would be useful) is that it will return to the previously used/running app when your turn it on. So if you were watching Netflix and turned the TV off, when you turn it on again it will come up in Netflix. The only problem is that the feature simply doesn't work. No matter what, it always powers up into the extremely annoying Smart Hub home screen where it takes no less than 5 button pushes to get to Netflix or Amazon Prime. In short, I wish I had purchased the best Roku TV I could have gotten and left this dog howling at the moon. Note that I rarely bother to write bad reviews but after paying for what is supposed to be the best smart OLED TV on the market, I felt like others should be warned. Oh, I should not forget to say that many of the settings are obfuscated by supposed AI control so setting something as simple as the aspect ratio cannot be done. So if the AI algorithm gets something wrong, you get to watch your show on two-thirds of your shiny new TV.
