Honestly, I didn’t have high expetations, I figured it might just be another social media trend. I’m definiely guilty of being easily influenced! But instead of buying one of the pricey versions I kept seeing advertised, I decided to try a more affordable grounding mat first,just to see if it did anything. To my surrise, the first two nights I used it, I didn’t wake up once to use the bathroom, which is unusual for me. I still had to go right when I woke up, but the uninterrupted sleep was amazing. I also have neuropathy in one foot, and I noticed it felt a bit less tingly, which was unexpected. It’s now been about a week, and I can honestly say I’m sleeping more soundly and waking up feeling better overall. I can’t fully explain it, but I’m definitely a believer now. I’d recommend this to skeptics, especially staring with a budget-friendly option. It worked for me!

I love this grounding mat, it’s not the typical one that I’m used to which is made of faux leather/leather. Instead, this is made up of multiple layers of fabric including cotton on top and bottom, quilted into a mat with conductive thread, running through it. It works perfectly as my detector picked up on the conductivity. I have two of these, one for my pet who uses it religiously and one for myself lol. One is white and the other is gray, but I prefer the gray one because it looks more uniform in color overall. I can see this being good for everyone including babies and small children (but please start with 15 min at a time just in case there are detox reactions). The fabric has a semi smooth feel almost like cotton percale. I actually get quite a lot of relief from grounding products being sensitive to EMF’s and feel fried without this so highly recommend it 100%!
