I recommend taking this alongside D-Mannose.I take 2 of these along with 2 D-Mannose supps every morning, and then I do the same thing in the evening. I’m currently dealing with the early symptoms of a UTI, so I’ve doubled the dose. If I did not have a UTI I’d take one of these, once per day (I’d take a second dose if I did anything that I know triggers UTI in me like being intimate and exercise).These are well worth trying if you battle recurrent UTI’s.Between this, the D-Mannose, a broad pre/probiotic and a feminine probiotic, my symptoms have drastically improved.I also use a Ph balancing wipe everytime I use the bathroom, cotton lined pads, & im trying out a new spray that claims to erase UTI causing bacteria.

I’ve been using GennaMD for two months now and absolutely love it—it’s been transformational for me. I noticed some previous reviews questioning the “24 studies” claim, so I did a bit of digging myself. I found that their website links to a page specifically for healthcare providers, where all 24 studies are listed with summaries and direct links. It would be great if they made these more accessible from the main site. Maybe they’ll read this review and make the update!

I bought GennaMD for my mom, who had been using Ellura for a while. She noticed the capsule was much smaller, so I reached out to the company to ask why. They explained the newer extraction method gives a much higher PAC concentration, which means you only need a smaller amount of extract to get the full 36 mg. That’s why the capsule is more compact, something my mom really appreciates. She's been happy with the switch!

This stuff works like a charm - my urologist suggested it and I’ve been great ever since (knock on wood!).

Very disapointed ...changed from ellura to gennamd.They say its the same,its not!!! The pills are half the size of the ones i use to get .they still say 36 mg...but what you dont know, and they do not want to tell you!!!!...pills went from from 206 crannberry juice extract now its 130...so they are pulling a same bottle,paying less for them, making more money while we pay the same for a lower dose of cranberry extract...i have just about had it with american company greed.its disgusting!!
