Good Stuff
Hey There, The Motorcycle Man at it again with another review. So I decided to take a chance on this item as the price was low, figuring that if it did not work well I was only out 8 bucks. I decided to try it on my new to me C4 Corvette I had just bought. The PO, had not moved this vehicle for 2 and a half years, and even being shaded from the sun the interior plastic was faded, and was very brittle. I used this product and found it to be dame good for covering the faded black and also strengthening the brittle plastic. With the use of a heat gun, set on low, I found it to conform really well to corners and bends. Like some one already said, patience is the name of the game when using heat as this stuff will melt right before your eyes, ask me how I know! Also keep in mind to get a good stick, the surface your working with has to be mega clean. I used isopropyl alcohol, 91% to get a good clean surface. As a great man once said, "prior proper planning prevents p*$s poor performance".All in all this is a good product and dose what it says it will do. BTW someone was complaining that there roll of vinyl was hard to unroll or it has other imperfections. Well mine did too and all I did was warm it with a hair dryer and it flattened right out.Anyway this product get my thumbs up and looks really great on my C4 dash. Just ordered another roll to finish my interiorTony aka The Motorcycle Man

Great Cover Up
My gas cap door had discolored, and I didn’t want to pay to have it repainted. Old school trick, cover it with automotive vinyl. Worked great. So far good adhesion. Looks great, too.

Pretty easy to put on
I bought this to cover a scratch on the chainstay of my bike. It was easy to apply after watching a couple YouTube videos. Even if you mess it up, it's cheap, so you can start over.

Works Pretty Good
This wrap is pretty good for doing flat surfaces like most of the cheaper priced vinyl wraps. I used it to wrap a diffuser I made for my Volvo and it came out pretty good. One thing to note though, is if you are in the process of wrapping something, if it gets stuck to the thing you are wrapping by accident before you can smooth out the bubbles, take it off slowly, it has such a strong stick that it can rip it easily. I had this happen once but I ordered enough so I was okay. Also, if you do get some air bubbles, what I did to get rid of them is poke a small tiny hole in the bubble with a razor and then smooth it out so the air can release. When I did this you couldn't even tell there was a slit and the bubble went away. It's not thick but it's not thin either. I've seen several others that are thicker and thinner but this one is just right. I've used this stuff before for many different things including the battery covers on my phones, my tablets, my car hoods and trunks.**A good tip**If you want it to look shiny and more realistic like real carbon fiber, spray some rustoleum 2x gloss clear on top of the vinyl once you're done wrapping. Do light thin coats and no more than two because if you use too many then it makes the weave looking texture kinda go away. I did this to mine and it looks awesome. Some people thought it was real carbon fiber after lolOverall it's a good product and a great price. Gets the job done great.

Wasn’t flexible enough for my chin spoiler
I wrapped the chin spoiler from my car. It seems like a good product. It just wasn’t a good application. It was a 2 person job. One to heat the wrap and the other to stretch around the contours and remove the air bubbles. When it dried it pulled away from the low points. I had to remove it all.I do not recommend this for an application with a lot of contours and bends. It’s probably much better for flat surfaces.

Great Value!
This faux carbon fiber vinyl wrap worked perfect to protect my BMW motorcycle top case. I got the matte finish and it blended perfect with the stock plastic to create a cool look and protect the stock plastic from luggage attached to the back seat. The key is in the prep work. I let the vinyl sit in the sun and get nice and warm after I made a paper template as a cutting guide. Make sure your surfaces are clean and take your time cutting the vinyl. I had no sharp bends so I can't comment on that, but everything went on well and the adhesion seems pretty good. For the price it is really good quality and looks great.

Heavily creased and unusable
A large part of the film is heavily creased making it unusable.
