This is highly effective. Day 1 it stopped the diarrhea I was experiencing. Days 1 and 2, curbed my appetite, wasn't craving sugary snacks. Days 3 and 4, less hungry over all. Didn't need to eat as much per meal. Day 6, lost 3 lbs, no change in diet and exercise other than not wanting to eat as much. I've also noticed I'm sleeping better at night, less bloating after meals, less water retention, and clearer thinking. Maybe a bit more energy to get things done thru the day. Less anxiety/improved mood. This is only within the first week that this has all happened. I have to say this product does work, and it works well right off the git go. It is less expensive to order from the bioma website on auto ship by about $20 less for the buy 2 get one free from Amazon bundled price, but Amazon ships faster. I'd recommend getting the one bottle from Amazon, try it to see how it works for you, then if you want to continue, order from bioma,s main website to save more $$. This is a great product for gut and hormonal balance if in menopause. I highly recommend it.

I had a nurse in the family recommend this to me. They have no taste they go down easily. They help with the stomach digestive. To make you feel better because you're inside you're cleaned out LOL. But the best part of all is that I have lost some weight taking this pill. Don't take this the wrong way this isn't a diet pill in any way. But I have honestly lost weight. I have taken this pill for more than 6 months. And I love it! I have told so many people about this pill and have had people that I talk to start taking this pill. I definitely recommend!

July 26 2926 Edit: I’m sad to report that since I purchased this and made my first review, the price has nearly doubled to what it was. When I first heard an ad for this on Joey Coco’s tremendous podcast The Church of What’s Happening Now: The New Testament, I was happy because my last probiotic tripled in price. Then I look on here for the Bioma Prebiotic and it’s available for $38. Now it’s currently sitting at $52, going up a few dollars each week. It’s a good thing that probiotics are temporary or do not need to be consumed everyday like certain supplements. This stuff does have an amazing lasting effect that kills sugar and carb cravings up to two weeks after last dose. At least for myself. The good news is that it’s available on its website for the price of $35 and free shipping. Next time I need to order, I’ll probably head there. Other than the Amazon price gouging, still a 5 star product. May 2026: I heard an ad for this on The Church Of What’s Happening Now with Joey Diaz and Lee Syatt. Just in time because my other probiotic went way up in price and this is more my price range. This product definitely cuts out sugar and carb cravings. As far as weight loss, that’s up to you. I have been taking this for 2 months now and haven’t lost any weight. I do feel better and have less bloating but if you’re taking it for weight loss, the weight doesn’t just melt off. So I am disappointed and not sure if I will continue to pay for this. It is not cheap so may find a different probiotic.

I really wanted to love these probiotics because they looked perfect — vegan, simple ingredients, and even packaged in a glass bottle, which I appreciate. The capsules are easy to swallow and I like the idea of supporting gut health naturally. But my experience has been a little rough. After starting them, I noticed more bloating than usual and even some diarrhea on certain days. I kept taking them for a few weeks thinking maybe my body just needed time to adjust, but the discomfort didn’t completely go away. I’m sure this product works well for others (the reviews made me excited to try!), but for me the side effects were too much. That’s why I can only give 3 stars. I may try a different probiotic next time.

I have been using bioma for a full year and here is what I see... I have received bottles that have made me feel like I don't have an appetite and then I'm reducing bloating and then other months I've received bottles that did nothing like it's a placebo. I'm wondering if stock is not being rotated correctly and we're getting old product when we subscribe or something because it's very strange that you can feel one way and then change a bottle and feel another way. I've discontinued taking it now for 3 months and don't see any difference in anything that's going on with me appetite wise or bloating. May as well just take a less expensive probiotic because it seems to work well. I was a believer and have suggested it to many friends having them come back to me saying this isn't working at all for me I don't know how you're getting results. I feel like such a fool for making my friends and relatives think that they were going to have results. I mean it's up to the individual but I think that there must be a problem with bad stock issues. I wish I would have saved the money.
