Very supportive and good quality, but maybe not good for tender areas.
The quality is great, the Velcro closure is very secure. It's very easy to put on and take off. I have very sensitive skin and a latex allergy and this doesn't irritate my skin at all. I also live in a very warm climate and this isn't hot. I do feel supported wearing it, and my back feels good. However, I have diastasis recti and that part of my abdomen is sensitive to pressure, and this is uncomfortable in that area. I wouldn't say it's that it's too tight, it's that it isn't flexible enough with movement, mainly with the second belt part over it. I did order it according to the size chart. It's great for support, but if you have a part of your abdomen that is tender with pressure, maybe skip on this and find a basic spandex-style. I am going to keep it and cut the second, top-layer band off.

Helped Provide Support for Diastasis Recti Discomfort
Even though I’m 4 years post-partum, I still struggle with diastasis recti. When I got a job in a warehouse and spent the day lifting cases of wine, the center line of my abdomen was sore for several days! I bought this binder to wear while at work so that the internal pressure wasn’t able to focus on the weakest point of my abdomen, putting me at risk of rupture or hernia. It worked! I felt much better supported, I didn’t have any issue with soreness like I did that first day. One thing I will say is that I tried sleeping in it as was recommended by some health professionals. The idea was that it would help prevent the pressure of different sleeping positions from exacerbating the diastasis. That was too uncomfortable! But I do think that it’s slowly become less tight overtime, that or I’ve just gotten used to it because it’s more comfortable to wear now than it was when I first got it. I would definitely buy this again, it was great value for the money, it worked well to prevent abdominal pain. It was easy to use and adjust, the Velcro was strong and didn’t come apart on its own. It’s lightweight and easy to wear.

Great choice for after tummy tuck
This abdominal binder felt very supportive and well made. The material was comfortable, adjustable, and provided good compression without feeling overly stiff. I originally ordered it for post-surgery recovery after my tummy tuck and was impressed with the overall quality and support it offered. I did end up returning it only because the hospital provided me with a binder after surgery, so I no longer needed an extra one. Otherwise, I would have definitely kept and used it during recovery.

Looks very sturdy!
The quality of the product is good. I didn't pay attention to sz but the xl fits pretty well as I have a smaller waist just larger hips. Its nude so works with pretty much whatever you wear and considering it's similar to compression it's pretty comfortable.

Excellent Abdominal Binder
I'm very pleased with this binder. But I do need to say that I agree with some of the reviews regarding the size being bigger than what the Size Guide shows & I'm so very Thankful that it is. At my hips, I am 51 inches but the size guide shows the XL going up to 47 or 49 inches ( I can't remember which) but once I put it on, I had more room that I needed & so grateful for it. I ordered this wonderful binder for my abdominal lymphedema to give me that compression that I needed and it does a tremendous job. You have plenty of room to give you compression from the lightest all the way to as tightly as you need it. It has two bands that are equally on top of each other, but you can if need be, secure the 2nd band above or below the 1st band if you are needing a higher/taller binder to fit your abdomen. On the reviews about the velcro, they are no joke! That velcro is not going anywhere! You will need help to unattached the velcro or do what I ended up doing, which is putting a piece of a cut up old towel (12 inches long, 1 inch wide & folded in half & place in the middle of the velcro) This finger hold will help you get the velcro to unlock & out of the binder easier. You can also use a heavy duty ribbon & sew it into the binder so you'll always have that finger hold to unlock the velcro's grip. Wash in cold water & be sure to completely attach the velcro together so it doesn't cling onto other fabrics, otherwise it will cling onto individual threads & pull on them. I highly recommend using a mesh bag to launder the binder in & always lay flat to dry. Never put it in the dryer. Overall this binder is exactly what I needed. It has 3 flexible bones in the back to give you support & I have yet to have it roll on me. I am sometimes an apple shape or a pear depending on how much I'm swollen from the lymphedema & I use the 1st band on the upper abdomen and the 2nd one on the lower abdomen. I can sit comfortably as well as cleaning and cooking with no issues of it rolling, sliding up or slipping down. No adjustments needed. It stays put. For me, that's a Wow factor! My other binders would always slide up when I sat down, but not this binder. It is AWESOME!! I highly recommend this abdominal binder, it's a 10/10 for me.

Effective Support Band with Comfort Issues
This support band has been very helpful during my post-operative recovery. It is adjustable, allowing you to customize the tightness based on your comfort and support needs. The main downside is the boning structure. The hard wiring intended to support the waist can dig into the skin, and the bottom edge tends to curl upward, which becomes uncomfortable over time. Proper positioning is important because if it is worn too high, it does not adequately support the stomach area. If the boning were more comfortable and flexible, this would be an excellent product. Overall, it provides good support but could be improved for comfort.

Overjoyed with this product
I was diagnosed with a hernia and was told to get one of these wraps. It was shipped so fast. I thought it would be uncomfortable to wear, but was very surprised at how comfortable it is to wear. It stays right where you put it and doesn't chap my skin.chap. I highly recommend this product. It helped me with the soreness, and I was able to walk for an extended amount of time. It is lightweight and has plenty of stretch i really feel it is a great value for the money and for my overall health.

Comfortable but still firm
I originally had the Frida belly band with my first and I feel like it contributed to prolapse. It didn’t feel as secure. I just had my second child and decided to buy this. I’m 3 weeks pp I just got this and I like it a lot! I got medium, and I feel supported everywhere. The height of the band I feel is long enough that it takes up my whole torso. And a bit below my waist. So hugging my in all the right places. It’s accommodating and hold me in place without feeling uncomfortable.
