Insta360 X5 All-Weather USB Charging Cover

Just got it today so not tested at all. I do have a flymile cage on my X5 and the door can be installed with the cage in place. I'm hoping this will give me a bit more peace of mind riding in wet conditions with my BOYA mini wireless mic. We shall see.Seems a decent product at a decent price.

Snug fit and helpful to keep rain out of the plug area. Wish the cameras came with it as a standard.

I love that this is an option. Its easy to install and seems well built. I got caught in a minor storm during a motorcycle ride and it kept the USB port completely dry. Looking forward to getting caught in more rain this summer and giving this a proper test.

Keeps the rain out but you have to switch back to the original cover if you put it in the water. I don’t get it. Can’t you just make ONE COVER that handles both functions?

When you use the usb c that comes with insta360, it doesn’t set properly and comes loose. won’t charge at times.
