Okay somethings are just the ‘nature of the beast,’ if you know what I mean!It’s a bit time consuming to clean. You got to get into those crevices to get whatever leftover veggies or fruit out. But time consuming, but obviously expected.Easy to use, ehhh, yes and no. You have to be mindful of how thick of veggies or fruit that you put in there.. because you may think it will dice it easily (like a tomato, even cut in half) then it doesn’t. Then you got to back it out and I donno, it get messy. However, if you can make the right judgements then this aspect might not really be a issue for you. Or perhaps you have monster strength and can just cut or dice through everything with ease!Sturdiness, it’s sturdy, can’t complain about that. Though be careful with that little comb! If you try to strategically use it to remove a stick piece of veggie in your slicer, your going to be missing a comb piece. This might just be common sense and I’m a idiot that didn’t realize what I was doing.. but still, fair warning... just use that comb on JUST the dicer to be safe.. but to each their own!Overall, I’m happy with this gadget. It serves it’s purpose for the most part really. The thing that bothers me the most is that all those dang on parts don’t all fit in a case. That irks me... like some of those blade things fit but there’s no other slots for the other ones.. considering that these things are sharp, you might want to get a big Tupperware thing to store it all in.. or risk sticking it in the dark part of your cabinet towards the back and then forget about it and one day you reach in there.. and ouch you slice your finger open and bloods everywhere! All because there wasn’t not enough slots for the slicer pieces and you were too lazy or cheap to get a Tupperware big enough to contain this madness.. just saying.. maybe you could be one of those ‘box people’ and put it back into the box all nice and neat each time, and the box lasts 20 years and then it shows up in a yard sell after you’re dead and gone, and people are like, “Wow that’s a relic, and it’s been in this box since forever!” Yeah, I’m not one of those people... if you are then good for you!

I'm very love this mandoline! If you are looking for a good chopper, search no farther.Because this chopper contain all the kind of blade.The chopper pro is excellent as a cooking aid for dicing vegetables such as potato, onion, bell pepper and can handle harder vegetables such as carrots too.This onion chopper pro vegetable chopper from Collups Kitchenware came in all brand new and ready for use. So far, I am loving it! It looks and feels like a high-quality product that will last for quite awhile. I can't wait to see all the ways I can use this in my kitchen.The onion chopper pro was pretty easy to use. I did have to cut up the onion before it would fit in the square grid, so that kind of defeats some of the purpose of this chopper, but it's nice not to have to dice the whole onion by hand (and tears). I does require a little force to push a red onion down, but nothing too difficult. I love how the blades slide into place and then have a locking mechanism to keep them in. The handle also clicks into place when you push the top all the way down, which is another nice touch. When storing, you can simply flip the chopper portion over and it is self-contained inside the storage container to make the whole product a nice rectangle. That will save some space in my cupboards.I really like this food chopper from Collups. It will definitely make my kitchen a little more convenient. Yes, it isn't an essential item for most people as you could dice your food with a knife, but this definitely speeds up the process. With how busy people are these days, any time you can get back in your day is a benefit. This product feels durable and like a quality product. I think it will last a long time.

I ordered this last night and received it this morning, very fast delivery. I used "The Chopper Pro",to chop up raw and baked potatoes for hashbrowns. It worked flawlessly. I also cut up carrots, onions, zucchini, lettuce, celery, cabbage and everything went flawlessly. There are a couple of things that I myself would not use, 1. The egg separator, because it is easy for me to manually separate my egg whites, although if you are separating a lot of eggs, I could see where this would come in handy. 2. The lemon Juicer, 3. The Veggie-Fruit-Spiralizer Zoodle Maker, being a "single old white guy" I just don't see myself using these. Be warned that the blades are very, very sharp. They don't look like it and with a simple brush of the finger they don't feel like it. But they are and I'm not going to tell you that I cut myself twice. Not the manufactures fault, just simply being a SOWG. "LOL". I'm very pleased with this product and would recommend it to anybody. I looked over the complaints about this product and can't see where any of the complaints hold up. I think. The best use for "the chopper Pro", would be, if you needed to chop up a lot of hashbrowns or carrots or onions or whatever, for later use and storage. Honestly if all you're going to do is cut up a potato for hashbrowns you could go to the Dollar Store and buy yourself a Handheld Steel Mandoline Food Slicer for about 5 bucks. I really like this product I recommend it, If It doesn't work for you you can always return It.

I love this chopper, but it is not dishwasher safe. The catcher no longer fits the top. Can I order a new catcher?
