(I didn't have more time to use it) It did seem like it was getting warm in the first 5 mins, but after I set it aside to apply lotion, it got it's cool back. I'm assuming it felt warm because my face was so warm. It was great to do a quick face-neck massage and cool down my eye puffs. Will purchase again as a gift!
