Great vacuum pump! Used it for my trucks ac and it pulled a vacuum in seconds. Fairly quiet, well made, would highly recommend to anyone for ac work.

Pulled a vaccum with ease on my bobcat s250 A/C and allowed me to find a leak in my dryer/hose connection. Does output quite a bit of exhaust vapor out the output port, but that is to be expexted.

It preformed as described 👍 was able to pull 350 Microns in about 1.5 hours . Would have given a 5 star if it had a valve on the pump to close and monitor vacuum .

I needed an A2L-compliant vacuum pump without spending too much, and this 5CFM pump works perfectly for the job. It’s great value for the money, especially since it’s way quieter than my old pump. The weight isn’t too heavy either, which is nice. It comes with two ports, but I only needed the 1/4” port to hook up my gauges. So far, it’s been doing exactly what I need it to do, without any issues.

Worked great for 2 automobile A/C system evacuations. (Duty cycle of 1.5 hours was not exceeded). My first impression was "I've got a real gem". On the third attempt, performance rapidly began to deteriorate. Changed oil using type (TSI Supercool 33713 46-Viscocity Synthetic Vacuum Pump Oil) and volume per User's Manual. No improvement. Borrowed a friends Robinair 15600 Vacuum Pump and had excellent results, so all peripheral equipment is functioning with no faults. The only conclusion I can draw is that the pump has failed and the allowed return date for Amazon is past. Will not disassemble for possible repair due to possible warranty violation. The OMT VB240 (US) is no longer on their home site. No bueno.
