They couldn’t replace just the handle but they did replace my pot. They were so easy to work with. These handles are removable, If need be and the glass lids are perfect. One of the reasons that I purchased. this set was because of the weight, sizes and. how beautiful they are. and the ease of use I would highly recommend this set, and I must say that I caused a problem with one of the handles.
