PURE PLANET Sports Salts, 90 Vegetarian Capsules

This product is great for so many things! I found it helped with rehydration, minimized cramping, helped with headaches and also helps reduce excessive sweating (helped my daughter who suffers from Hyperhidrosis). Feel the name "Sports Salts" limits this product as I use it for so many things! I always have a bottle of this product on hand!

I guess "salt pill" feels like a relic of the 1950s, but after a workout and a sauna session these do the body good. A go-to to have in the house in case you wake up with cramps or feel like you can't get enough to drink after a workout.

I have restless leg, I take two of these at night when I go to bed or take one or two during the day if it’s a really hot sweaty day and seems to help settle them down.

Love the product but never got it :(

If you want a basic electrolyte solution with no added “Extras” such as flavors or vitamins, this is a perfect solution. I like opening the capsule and adding to 8-12oz of water, which allows me to control the volume I drink at one time. At times, I divide the amount And drink throughout the day. Perfect for leg cramps because it also includes magnesium.

I was skeptical however they work!! These pills fixed my hydration issue riding mountain bikes in the heat. No headaches, no dehydration, I’m stoked.

I drink a lot of purified water everyday and have for years, I didn't know that could cause mineral deficiency. When I discovered these I only took them after hot yoga, but now I take them regularly. It reeeally helps my headaches, muscle tension, and slow digestion. I'm totally hooked and my body seems to love the mineral combo.

I'm avoiding sugar/carbs, but still need the electrolytes I used to get from Gatorade during workouts or hot, sweaty days. These are the perfect thing. I open the capsules and dump them into my water bottle, mostly. They have a vaguely "mineral water" kind of taste. Not bad... Or you can take them as designed, like pills. No muscle cramps, feeling better. Highly recommended for anyone doing keto, or just avoiding sugary sports drinks.
