As advertised
It's humbling to wear but it does do a great job of stretching your neck. It inflates easily and stays inflated. I appreciate that the pump is removable. It feels high quality and the material is soft and comfortable.

Immediate Relief and Super Comfortable!
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this inflatable neck traction device really impressed me! It’s easy to use, surprisingly comfortable, and actually provides noticeable relief from the stiffness I get after sitting at a desk all day. I love that the design supports and lifts my neck just right—feels like a gentle stretch rather than anything forceful. The material is soft and skin-friendly, and the pump system makes adjusting it super simple. Bonus points for being portable—I toss it in the included pouch and bring it to the office. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with neck tension or poor posture!

Works okay, but chokes a little
Not sure this is a problem for everyone, but this product tended to feel a bit too tight for me before it got any significant amount of lift. The hand pump was a little cumbersome and kept slipping out of the connection point. It works okay as a slight stretch or maybe as a neck pillow? I just found it a bit uncomfortable to use personally.

Does not choke like some of the other brands
After repeated failed neck fusions and 5 fused cervical vertebrae’s, I’m getting a lot of use out of this collar. What I like about it is this one is more comfortable than my other brand. When I used my other brand, the air would either raise my chin up or push it down which is very uncomfortable, this one raises my head up straight which is a lot less painful. If you’re looking for comfort like a pillow, this is not it, but if you want pain relief from pinched nerves, this sure helps. The air bulb and hose is removable while using so the bulb doesn’t keep flopping around while walking and you don’t have to worry about laying on it during naps. ….. ok, yea, I Nap, at my age, every minute counts. It is good quality strong fabric. Hard to rip (yes, I tried a little).I tried a few different ways to put it on and wear, and found the easiest is to look in the mirror as you put it on because I had straps and the hose running everywhere and could not figure it out till I went to the mirror🙄 So much easier, then after velcroing the straps, I spin it around my neck to where I want. It has a top strap and bottom strap to connect the two sides. The air line plugs into a blue button that’s the valve to pump it up. After removing the air line, just tap on the blue button to release the air. (See pictures) there is no size on mine so I guess it’s one size fits all. Well worth the investment for pain relief.

It Works, But Weigh Your Options
The Tech Love Neck Stretcher is just okay overall, but it does get the job done. Once inflated and adjusted properly, it provides solid traction and support, and I’ve definitely felt relief from neck pain after using it. In fact, I’m fairly certain it’s helped head off a few tension headaches that might’ve crept in otherwise. So in terms of functionality, no complaints there. That said, I do think they could’ve chosen a different inflation method. The blood pressure cuff-style hand pump feels a bit dated and awkward. It works, but it’s not the most comfortable or modern-feeling solution, especially when you're trying to find that sweet spot in air pressure. The price is middle of the road, and while I wouldn’t call it a bad purchase, I’d still recommend taking a good look at other options before pulling the trigger. It’s not the worst, and the fact that it’s helped ease my neck issues keeps it from being a miss—but there might be better-designed alternatives out there.

Really works! Don't overdue it....
This neck stretcher really works! But it's easy to overstretch if you aren't careful. It comes with a nice carrying pouch that it fits in with its inflator quite easily. The two velcro straps on the front of your head can be a little difficult to get on without somebody helping you but I was able to manage and as I do it more it should become easier. Pumping it up I could feel my head tilting up but not really stretching as I expected. My friend was watching and told me that I really was stretching it though so I didn't inflate further. Taking it off my neck felt more flexible and relaxed than I can remember and I loved it so much I did it again an hour later. The next day I was excited to use it again so I pumped it up even more than last time and left it on for a few minutes this time. This was a mistake my neck over stretched and as been sore the past few days since. However it's also been really flexible at the same time and I feel my range of movement has increased. I don't know if it's a good thing or not but what I can say is that this thing really works and that you need to be careful with it or you can risk hurting yourself overstretching. I wouldn't recommend this for an older person doing it alone as it does require a little but of effort to get off and it's hard to tell how much you are stretching without looking in a mirror or having somebody with you.

Works as a travel neck pillow
I use this as a travel neck pillow. It comes with an air pump and storage bag. It was easy to assemble and use. It just needs to be inflated when ready to use and deflated after use. The adjustable air pump allows for customizable support. It’s comfortable, well-made, and compact enough for easy storage or travel.

Good Product, might only work for skinny people
Inflatable neck cushion to relieve neck stress is an interesting idea, but the straps are not long enough to get around my neck without it feeling like they're cutting into me. Need to attach the pump to the cushion before putting it on, otherwise it's nearly impossible to get the fitting correct.
