I bought this compression sleeve based on the advice from my doctor for upper arm pain. The instructions for ordering the correct size were perfect. I measured my arm, and ordered the medium sleeve. It fits tightly, but not so tight that it restricts circulation. I have been wearing it all day for several days now without issues. I'm not sure yet whether it is helping my arm pain, but the sleeves are well made, reasonably priced, and comfortable. I have sensitive skin, yet the material does not cause any irritation. If I ever require any other compression sleeves, I would not hesitate to order the Besjex brand.

Actually these are much better than I expected especially at this price. I have other compression sleeves that were more expensive and these are much better quality with thicker fabric and better stitching in the seams which means it shouldn't fall apart like my other ones. I bought these specifically to help with a left arm bicep muscle strain and I have to say they definitely help with the pain by minimizing movement. I bought size large based on the size chart, but I should have bought medium because I like a tighter fitting sleeve so I used both of them which offers more compression. So far, I'm pleased with them, but we'll see how they hold up over time. I would recommend them.

As a tennis player recovering from a severed biceps tendon repair, I ordered this and used it to help in my return to the tennis court. So far, I am very satisfied with the added support/compression in my right biceps, and delighted that it does not roll down from the top or up from the bottom!

I ordered these for my brother who is having bicep issues. I think they are sized perfectly but I ordered him a large and I think a medium would have been better. He seems to like them for the support, though if they were a bit smaller I think they would help more. I didn't bother exchanging I will probably just order the smaller size. They are a quality item

This is my first purchase of an item of this nature. Due to a recent injury to my right arm bicep the compression sleeve has significantly helped in my managing pain associated with usage of the arm. I am very pleased with the pair of sleeves and highly recommend this product. Thank you.

I like these. However, I bought them to keep my “tricep” aka arm flab from chafing when I walk or run a good distance. Tho these provide great compression, and kept my tricep from chafing, the material caused my armpit area to chafe. The material is not silky smooth like other compression bands and can feel a little rough on the skin it isnt compressing. So, I really cant wear these anymore, but I wish I could.

I first bought this compression sleeve to support my strained (mild) right bicep. It was supportive and comfortable during exercise. Then I noticed that it really helped boost recovery after a tough workout, even on my non-injured arm. In fact, I loved these sleeves so much that I bought a second pair!! I cycle through these with one pair in the wash and the other pair for exercise/recovery. I'm impressed with the quality and highly recommend them! Affordable pricing too. My bicep measured 10.5in and size small fit great.

They were cheap and thin, I don't think they will do anything but remind me to take it easy on the arm. No heat, minimal compression, but by wearing it you may be reminded that you have an injured limb. That is about the only reason I can think of for wearing it. About like a sock for your arm.
