Great product, the higher dose you can get
I’ve been using this brand knowing they have the purest ingredients with no fillers and additives. This is the highest dose you can ever get, it does really work almost immediately, the quality of my sleep got improved and waking up in the morning refreshed, no more cramps and tense muscles after workouts. The suggested dose is 2 caps 1h before bed, but I think you go first with 1 cap and see how it works out with you .

Amazing for insomnia!!!
The upgrade dose of 1500 is a game changer!!! I have slept sooo much better on this dose. Was able to stop melatonin. Just take this 40-60 minutes before bed and have a good night sleep. Wake restful.
