Just to clear up the badly misleading description of this case: this case is designed for Magsafe-compatible phone holders/chargers, but it is not magnetic. It has no "ever-powerful" "built-in magnet." It has no "charging" capability, but it will not interfere with a Magsafe-style charger. The case comes with a built-in metal ring so that the case can be used on Magsafe magnetic phone holders/chargers without the need to attach a ring to the case. The case does provide an excellent hold onto Magsafe-compatible holders such as the one I have in my truck, but the strength of the hold relies entirely on the holder/charger, not the case. The case itself is very good and provides decent protection for the phone from droppage, scratches, etc. The screen protector, as such things go, is pretty easy to apply but comes only with four simple illustrations for instructions on how to apply. Watching the video on the Amazon listing does help. For the price this is a good case, and I would certainly get it again.

The case is a very good case, the magnet is very strong and works well with my holder inside the car.
