is the small 7" okay for cockatiels?

I get these for my Conure. She loves them. Unfortunately they dont hang for long. Whatever size I get her she first chews through the rope it hangs by. I leave it in the bottom of her cage until she stops tearing it up or poops on it. She likes the small ones best. Again they dont last long but when I give her one shes like a puppy with a new bone.

Would this be good for a rabbit?

We checked with our vet and she said that it was fine for a rabbit, so we got several for our bunny. She has really loved them and the only down side is that she destroys them pretty fast!

Is this made in the USA?

No, they are not, I believe they are made in Indonesia. But do not let the country of origin sway your purchase of bird toys. Is the "medium 10" an ideal size for parakeets?

Depends on your keets and how much they like to chew. I have 4 in a cage and 3 of my 4 like to chew things that my big birds (Senegal, Eclectus, Conures, Amazon) won't chew. I thought this would be too big for them and I tried it with them after my other birds wouldn't chew it and my Cockatoo ate the first one in about 10 seconds. The Parakeets loved it. I have a large flight cage. One thing to keep in mind is that it might be too long for most smaller parakeet cages unless you pull up the hanging string.

My bird loved this!

My bird is a chewer and it took her some time to get through this one. She has definitely been entertained with it. It’s great quality and size for the price. I thought the little color pops made it more interesting or her as well.

A 'must-have' in my household

This is, hands down, my bird's second favorite toy (just behind a roll of toilet paper). I make sure to keep these in stock at home. I've noticed that when he doesn't have a pinata in the cage then he gets depressed and angry. The extra-large is bigger than my goffin cockatoo and he'll spend a solid 3 hours clinging to the side of it and ripping it apart until he's finally exhausted enough to give up, with the pinata (while definitely worse for the ware) still holding on and ready for rounds 2-10! One extra large keeps my bird entertained for about 1 month (he plays with other toys as I cycle them in weekly, but this one stays always). Even after he rips all the colorful strips off, he then likes to use the rope in the middle to rub under his wing. The smallest size makes great couch-time foot toys. The medium is good for his play tree in the living room.This is an excellent product and I have absolutely nothing but praise for it. Get 2 of each size, you won't regret it. Oh and no, I'm not associated with the seller. I just actually love this product. So does my bird (who is ripping in to one as I type this).

Size appropriate for large birds

Great foraging toy

I have a Blue & Gold Macaw and she loves these toys. The only problem that I have is that the loop that they have to hang it is very thin twine so should she decide to bite it the toy falls to the floor. It is then hard to rehang it once the loop has been cut. I then have to cut it into manageable pieces and put them inside another toy. That is why I didn't give it 5 stars.When she leaves that loop alone, she has days of fun picking apart this toy. The bright colors and texture keep her attention.I will definitely buy again!
