The headboard does look like something was laying on it causing part of it to have an indentation. The box it arrived in was in perfect condition so it’s possible it happened before packaging or in the box itself.

Absolutely love this bed! It is so soft and has great cushion. Assembly was easy until it came to the wood slats. This part took a little longer than I feel it should have. The headboard does look like something was laying on it causing part of it to have an indentation. The box it arrived in was in perfect condition so it’s possible it happened before packaging or in the box itself.
