Perfect for a healthy breakfast!
We love these Olyra breakfast bars! They are filling and only have a hint of sweetness unlike so many of the breakfast bars out there with all the added sugars. They have the right amount of healthy grains and spices, and are perfect with tea and coffee. Publix sold them for a short time, but now we get them on Amazon. They're worth the money, especially considering we eat them for the most important meal of the day!

Light breakfast or snack option
Great light breakfast with coffee; add a protein smoothie and I'm ready for a late AM workout. Plus, a filling afternoon snack with almond butter, if I didn't already have as breakfast. I usually get the variety pack to keep things fresh but it's out of stock. Hope the company is able to provide the option in the future again. Other products equally good. I appreciate the use of ancient grains and low sugar, and give to my 12 yr old to balance out his lunch. Husband grabs one on his way to work. Sometimes they are broken- crumble up and toss onto yogurt or oats? Still taste good.
