This is an excellent book as a RR guide if you're looking to purchase and/or restore one of the classic models, specially those of the early years, as this book focuses more in the two door model, but nevertheless it's a great source for info and eye candy if you are a Range Rover lover. You won't be dissapointed. Only thing is all images are not in color. As a side note, these days you can find almost everything on the internet, from reviews to tech articles and manuals about the Range Rover (and just about everything, actually), but nothing can beat the feeling of having a book in your hands, and in this case, a good, well presented, hardcover, full of images Range Rover book. The smell of the pages as you fly over them just hasn't been matched by anything. I recommmend this guide to anyone interested in guidance about restoring and purchasing. Take note: it's not a workshop manual; but it tells you things you won't find in workshop manuals. For specific instructions and data, buy the workshop manual. I have had two RRs, a 1978 model and a 1981 model, 2 door both, 3.5 LT engine 4 speed manual, and loved them. Can't afford to have one now, but the memories are still with me.
