The product is very good but the tap needs some improvement. It is easy to clean, it is durable.
I didn't like the tap because it brokeup easyly.

Hopeless
Defective productHopelessToo tight settings, upper & lower vessels don't fit comfortably. Extremely tight . Amd no water displacement in the lower vessel. This is not a filter it's a defilter

Meets the customer satisfaction
The product quality is good & sturdy but the tap quality is very pathetic. The tap is made of plastic. The quality of sealing rings supplied with the tap are of low quality. I have received a broken sealing ring. I am quite dissatisfied with the packing department as the quality check has not been done with a good supervision. Over all the quality of the product is good except the tap.

Water tap of filter is very low quality
Three filter candles speed up the filtration. Stainless Steel quality of the filter is not bad according to price of the filter. But water tap quality of the filter is very bad. Plastic quality of the tap is also bad. It is not tighten firmly and not matched with the curve shape of the body of filter. Rubber washer of the tap is so bad that within 15 days it breaks and water leakage starts from bottom. The filter remain unused till replacement by suitable washer. Though it would be better to change the tap.

Rusting of Stainless Steel Body
I am very sorry that I made this purchase ...The Stainless Steel body has already started to Rust ... So I request you to please replace the 26 Litres Stainless Steel 3 Candles Water Filter ...I am very unhappy with Amazon for selling Bad Products ...Please send me a new Water Filter as soon as possible ...With regrets ...Yours truly
