Great for watching your carbs

No carbs, six calories and goes well with most anything
I was really surprised at these noodles. So easy to use and kept me full. I fried up some garlic and olive oil mixed in the noodles. So happy to find them since I had to cut back on carbs per the doctor. I can't wait to try the rice. I know frying the garlic blah blah blah but it's my favorite and I don't have it very often.

Love the noodle! It is so delicious! My hubby has diabetes, it is a excellent choice for him, because it is low carbs and 0 sugar. Besides, it can be cooked in many different ways. Cold-served with fresh vegetables and favorite sauce, or you can stir fry the noodle with the vegetables you preferred with olive oil. Last night, I mixed the fresh shredded cucumber and scrambled eggs with spicy sauce with the noodle, it is fantastic! I am so glad I made the purchase, and I am glad I found the best option for my hubby. I Will definitely order more.

Good konjac pasta substitute
As described. No funky flavors. Doesnt taste chemically at all. I did not notice any negative odors. Went well with my cream pasta sauce.

I am recommending this Konjac rice to all of my diabetic friends. It is my understanding that it has a low glycemic index and low calories. I emphasize that the dry-frying ahead is critically important. It does have a different chew but in the rice form you hardly can tell. As for taste and smell, I rinse it before the dry-fry and I cannot taste or smell it. I have used this Konjac or Shirataki in many forms — I love it and it is quite filling.
