Basil Plant- Cherry Tomato Plant in A Indoor Gardening Systemrecycled Plastic Bottle Hydroponically Plant Growing Kit

I have had this tomato plant a month ago. Followed the directions (placed 4 seeds) & so far only one seed germinated & grew only 1/4 inch tall.

Only seeds, and the to plant them in are tiny. Total rip off.
