I did not use this because of all the possible side effects of Grape seed, may want check them out before you buy, do not take if you are on a blood thinner

Grape seed extract is an absolute must if you are getting sick or already sick it can be a night and day difference it actually goes in oxygenates the blood and kills off the virus however it does not really work for a cold only flu-like illnesses and Coronavirus! I have been using grape seed extract for years at usually gets rid of the flu in about 30 minutes if you catch it early enough if you are full-blown it will take a couple days longer! Take 300 to 400 mg first day and 300 to 400 mg second day.

Grape seed carrier oil for my face has been such a success I decided to incorporate this as well. Its "okay" but I maybe it will prove to have significant results with longer use. NOT terrible.
