This is a great quarter-sheet pan.
I've owned this pan for three months, and it has proven to be a heavy duty and reliable performer. I use it nearly every day. I also have half-sheet pans and racks, but this quarter-sheet (9x13 inches) size is the one that I used most often and is a great size for a home kitchen. I also have a quarter-sheet pan rack that sits in it and highly recommend also getting one of those. It will increase the usefulness of the pan. I sometimes use the pan as is, simply for a holding tray. More often, I use it with the rack to drain fried or washed foods, or with a rack to dry brine meats in the fridge. Mostly though, I use the pan to make sheet pan pizza. At 9x13 inches, it's just the right size to make pizza for two, or just one with slices left over for reheating later. I make my pizza dough from scratch, and my sauce from canned whole peeled or crushed tomatoes. I make a lot of pizza, and mostly use shredded mozzarella cheese that I purchase in commercial size five pound bags at a warehouse club. It's quite good, costs much less than the national brands at grocery stores, and I find it superior to grocery store national brands in taste, texture, and not over browning in a very hot oven. The pizza in the photos are ones that I baked in this pan in my home oven. I bake my pan pizza in a preheated oven with a baking stone at 480-500F (250-260C). The pan goes right on top of the stone, and just sits there like it should. It doesn't flex or warp like thinner pans do. Since the pan stays rigid and flat on the baking stone, the bottom browns evenly. It's simply an excellent pan for sheet pan pizza. Based on my three months of using it, I can highly recommend this pan, whether for use as a holding pan, for using with a quarter-sheet pan rack for draining fried or washed foods, to use when needed to dry brine meat on a rack, or as a pizza pan that can handle the heat. It's a very versatile kitchen tool.

I LOVE THIS! But it is very very HEAVY
A person has got to be an idiot to say this is NOT HEAVY DUTY! I have had Cheap and Moderately priced Cookie Sheets from K-Mart and Walmart and Thrift Store's and hand me downs all my life. This is something like you'd see in a Restaurant Kitchen. I am a relatively strong 65ish old lady and this is a TWO-HANDED "getting it out of the oven" cookie sheet for me. It is very THICK and very HEAVY!!!! I LOVE IT! My cookies do not burn on the bottom with this cookie sheet. Nothing burns on the bottom with this cookie sheet. I have no idea why - maybe because it is so thick??? BUT - if you are purchasing this for a very old mom or grandma or YOU are very old and not as strong as you used to be - I suggest you pick a light weight one - NOT THIS ONE. Also, be careful choosing the size. This is slightly larger - wider than my NORMAL LARGE Cookie sheet that moms are used to. I like it this way. This is perfect for laying out a few lines of chicken pieces or 3 lines of pork chops or 2 lines of fish filets (with space to spare). It gives you just enough space that they are not overlapping like my NORMAL large cookie sheet - I HATE THAT! I threw my old faithfuls that I have had for over 40 years in the trash the day this arrived!! I plan on replacing them with a couple more of these.;>) I do want one Larger one - just in case... To me, I think the larger sizes would be too big for normal every day use. But if you are baking for "treat day" for school or for a pick-nick or "bring the desert" gathering ... Heck Yea... Spring for the larger one. Just be sure and measure the inside of your oven first. ;>) I LOVE THIS!

Right size, easy to clean, and no warping!
For just the two of us, I did not need a huge pan to cook in. These pans are just the right size. They are big enough for a couple of chicken breast fillets or four fish fillets, which is more than enough for my husband and I. They don't take up a lot of room on the oven rack, so I can cook something else beside it at the same time. They are very nice and heavy, durable, and clean up well with just a little soap and water. The smaller size also makes them easy to store in a cabinet or drawer. Overall, I love these pans. I am thinking about getting more in a different size.

Bacon lovers: BUY THIS PAN!
This pan far exceeded my expectations! Not only can you fit a pound of bacon spaciously on the pan, but cleanup is a breeze with hot water and a soft sponge (a nice dab of dish soap will do). PRO TIP: always dump the grease into the trash first, never into the drain. Never again will I have to scrape and scrape to clean up after a joyous morning of bacon; nor will I have to wrestle those thin strips of pork belly goodness only to lose chunks stuck fast to the pan. I’m a picky customer and this product puts a smile on my Simon Cowell face! Other dishes are also great on this pan. We’ve done roasted veggies and even sheet pan fajitas and everything cooked great with easy cleanup. If you’re not completely sold by this glowing (and non-commissioned) review, then this is your final notice: BUY THIS PAN! Oven bacon recipe: Lay out the strips flat with gaps between each slice. Bake at 400F for 16-20 minutes until desired crispness. Flipping is not required if you can be patient and let the magic happen. Remove immediately and use tongs to place on a paper towel lined plate for serving (and to remove a little of the extra grease).

Good size and temperature
Easy to clean with soap and water. These pans are just the right size. They are big enough for a couple of chicken breast fillets or four fish fillets, which is more than enough for my husband and I. Bake at 400 high temp with no problems. On label it said up to 520°.
