Great product, worth the money!
I love this Doughmakers cookie sheet. I bought it to replace one I lost. I had it for over 15 years, and aside from a few baked on grease spots, it was just as good as the day I got it. This is the only cookie sheet I use to bake cookies. It is heavy duty, easy to clean, and my cookies always bake beautifully on it. I would have given it 5 stars, but the adhesive they used to stick the label on the pan was very difficult to remove. It did leave some residue that I could not get to come off. I haven't tried any adhesive remover yet, so hopefully that will take care of it. Otherwise, it is a great product and worth the money!

BEST cookie sheet -- completely worth the $$$
This past December I decided to conquer beautiful sugar cookies (you know...like the ones we pay $2 each for in bakeries). After researching recipes and determining that the way to get perfect cookies was to abandon my insulated baking sheets I've had for 20 years and research the best cookie sheet that I could use for the next 20 years+. According to the baking queen Dorie Greenspan, you need non-insulated sheets to bake your cookies properly. With my goal of perfect cookies in mind, I knew I wanted to maximize my baking time with a larger cookie sheet. Even though the price was a little higher than some of the others, I really liked this size of the great grand cookie sheet that only Doughmakers made. Over a two week time and through some hundreds of cookies later, I ended up purchasing 3 of them.I CANNOT RECOMMEND THESE COOKIE SHEETS ENOUGH. They are indeed non-stick and your cookies will vitually slide off the sheet. They are easy to clean and store neatly. I don't know if it's the pebbled texture but they cook and brown perfectly and evenly. From sugar cookies to macaroons to chocolate chip and compost cookies, they all turned out perfect!

I am a repeat customer and really love these cookie sheets. After a recent house fire, this was the first cookie sheet I ordered to replace what was lost. I do a lot of baking periodically and I find these to be very reliable and easy to care for and produce consistently good results. You won't hear that odd sound from your oven when baking, these do not warp when put in a hot or moderate oven and come out just the way they went in. I find they don't discolor and form areas where you can see where cookies past have been. Cookies do not stick generally, nor much else I have tried to bake on them, and they usually require little clean up, which is a nice change of pace. Without a non-stick coating or insulated pan design, the clean up doesn't involve great care, and the pebbling design doesn't provide any challenge to clean. These sheets work very nicely with silicone mats, if you would like to use them.Very happy with mine and glad to have new ones again.

The BEST ever cookie sheets!!!
I bake an average of 20 dozen cookies a week and even more during holidays. Yes, 20 dozen! I bought my first Doughmakers cookie sheet because I noticed it in a Good Housekeeping recipe for cookies. It wasn't an ad, but I was curious about it because of the way it looked. I'm a retired professional baker. After using the one I ordered first, I immediately ordered four more and tossed all my other "professional" sheets! I'd always used parchment paper to bake cookies so I was a bit hesitant with the first batch. I couldn't believe how beautifully and evenly baked the cookies turned out! I've given these as gifts to friends who love to bake and they end up ordering more than the two I've given and thank me profusely for introducing them. Cleanup is a breeze! I bought my first ones 5 years ago and, after all the use I give them, they still look brand new! I just ordered three more to give to my daughter in law!

Don't hesitate!
Update as if 11/24/2012 - Still love these sheets; can't get over how much they fit and how easy they are to clean! Great quality and they still look brand new. Yesterday I burned a lot of sugar sprinkles on them and they still washed off easily.I don't write a lot of reviews but wanted to let everyone know how great these cookie sheets are. I was searching for a really big cookie sheet for all the Christmas cookie baking that I do and this was a bit more than I'd normally spend but I used it today to make butter cookies and it was great. I can fit a lot more cookies on the sheet than I'd normally be able to and they did not stick and browned lightly perfectly. I had dumped a bunch of sugar sprinkles on the cookies but after the cookies were baked and put on cooling racks the sheets were super easy to clean; I'm ordering a 3rd today. Although it is early to tell I think I'll keep these for years to come.

Disapointed
When I received my package it was intact. No dents or breaks in the package. The cookie sheet was packed properly, but the cookie sheet had a dented and bent up corner. It wasn't bad enough to ship back and I just straightened it out with a rubber mallet. Slight annoyance, but no big problem. I've used the cookie sheet once, so far, to bake a pizza. The cookie sheet warped badly. The corner lifted about 3 inches. While it was still hot, I layed it on a flat surface and weighed the corner down until it was cold which did straighten it out. I think it's a design flaw. If they had made a raised edge on the back as well as the front, I don't believe it would have warped. I've never had a Fox Run cookie sheet but heard they had a good reputation. Maybe they shouldn't have moved their manufacturing to China. It's a shame. The size is exactly what I was looking for. Too bad the quality just isn't there.

Lose that damn glue so I can use these cookie sheets!
The sheets have paper instructions on each. The glue that holds the paper in four places is impossible to remove!! I finally used ice cubes and fingernails and time to do one. I now have three more to do. Was that necessary? Normally it’s a strip that peels right off. I would definitely rethink these sheet simply for that reason.

AWESOME
I have had one of these cookie sheets for years now. It bakes the best cookies. I'm glad I found more to order. Now I can make multiple batches and get the same consistency with all.

Cookie sheet is fabulous non stick without coating to rub off.I have made dozens of cookies now.
I have made dozens of cookies now. Easy to clean when still warm from last batch. Get yourself a cookie scoop by Wilton that makes smaller cookies so you can ration your daily portion. Both when washed ,can return to the oven when it is cooling down at the end of your baking, to dry residual moisture out of the metal. Love this pan. got it for my sister. You don't need parchment.

Great pan - awful stickers on pan
Love the pan. However, they use super glue crazy awful stickers to adhere the instructions to the pan. Took me 45 mins to scrape the stickers off so that I could use them.
