Great tea to calm restless nerves
This tea is just what I needed to calm my early evening restlessness. I use 1 tea bag along with a chamomile tea bag with milk and sweetener (sometimes honey). You have to get used to the flavor of this tea, and now I look forward to my evening cup of tea. I highly recommend this tea for anyone needing to calm down after a stressful day and just relax.

Move over chamomile
This is the only passion flower tea I've tried so I can't compare it to others. The tea tastes and smells like fresh cut grass. Not terrible but I definitely don't drink it for the taste. It's the benefits that set this tea apart. Forget chamomile or lavander, I sleep better at night and have less anxiety attacks with a glass of this an hour or two before bed.
