Works like a champ.
Pictured is the before and after. Fairly deep gouge in the toe area and another on the side. Lightly sanded with 220 grit, applied the resin, let it dry, lightly sanded again, applied more, etc. until it was filled in a smooth. Each coat dried within ten minutes. I burnished with the back of a spoon after the final sanding to get the sanded leather to look like it did before I started. Or looks like nothing ever happened. I recommend applying in small batches. If you try to fill a deep gouge all at once, it takes a lot more sanding. Definitely will use when it’s needed again. Great stuff.

Would recommend.
Worked great on my leather Mary Jane shoes. I had some bad scruffing. I gently cleaned the shoe with a wet wipe (like a diaper wipe, because that's what I have on hand), then I used a 600 grit sand paper. Finished with this cream, waited 10 minutes and gently rubbed away the residue with gauze. Looks brand new, I hope it lasts.

Best quality
Saphir makes the best shoe maintenance/repair products really so this is hands down the best you can get. This is for deep scuffs or sole rejuvenation on dress shoes that perhaps a shoe cream product can't handle

Was able to mix with dye very well
I had asked the question if it could be pre-mixed with dye. I tried it and it worked very well, got a perfect color match. The only reason I put a 4 is that the product, when I purchased it, was somewhat separated in the tube. It still works, but I have to squeeze out more than I want to get the right ratio of the separated liquid (which comes out first) and the thicker part of the product. I do worry that by the time I get to the end, it will just be dried up since so much liquid comes out first. Also, when the thicker part comes out, it has the texture of cottage cheese. This is only for the white. I also own in black and that one is fine.

Great Product
Great Product. Used it on a designer purse that I was selling online. Easy to use but recommend buying a buffer brush as it does not come with it.

I use it on my knife bag and work shoes and it looks newer and less used
I work in the kitchen 5-6 days a week. I also go to culinary school. I own Birkenstocks, docs non-slips, and my knife bag that I use this for. So I use my shoes and my bag a lot. I apply this, at least, once a month or every other month. It’s the best thing I’ve ever gotten for my things. It honestly keeps the leather shiny and healthy looking. I also put wax after applying this. Maybe I don’t need to but to me, it makes the leather much more softer. There isn’t any smell. If you do mind washing your hands thoroughly, I would wear gloves, but I don’t really wear any, since it’s so easy to wash off of skin. I use a micro fabric towel and squeeze the product right on the item I want to use it on, super easy to use. It’s bang for your buck, small amount goes a long way, and something that anyone should add in their leather care routine

The Saphir "Fawn", has a "milky beige" color.
This product, in the Fawn color, may be just right for some applications, but it did not work for me. Purchased a vintage leather Hartmann luggage that needed some "color" attention. The Fawn color by Saphir, seemed right color to do the job needed. After the application, the color, that at first seem very close to what was needed, turned a "milky beige" when dry! Now I had to figure out how to undo this color application. To clean off the Saphir "paint", I used Lexol leather cleaner. After quite a bit of rubbing, the paint was removed, but the leather was dry in that spot. To counter that I used 3 applications of Skidmore's Leather Conditioner, (after waiting for each application to dry, then buffing). That reconditioning application did darken the area. Not sure how dark until it dries completely. What could I have done differently? Tested the Fawn color first. While still wet, the color application seemed just right, so I applied the color to the whole area that needed it. Instead, I should have tested a small part of the leather, then wait until it dried, before rubbing the entire area that needed help! Live and learn ....

Utilizzata per coprire screpolature e graffi sui Dr Marteens. Ottimo risultato. Non fa miracoli ma la copertura è più che accettabile e soprattutto duratura

Great for covering scratches and scuffs on leather furniture.
Great product for covering usage marks on cream leather armchairs, and so much cheaper than having it professionally repaired which in the end only lasted a year.

... in the end however quality of the cream is good.
colour is actually much lighter than it seems on the picture on the tube so wasn't really suitable to me in the end however quality of the cream is good.

Very small tube and far to expensive for its size
I would not recommend this product and it was very expensive for such a small tube. Altough the cream is a very effective polish
