Comfortable, not itchy, stays in place, fits a size 16/18 Women's Body comfortably
I went with the neon yellow to be seen in my neighborhood for safety. The belt is stretchy, comfortable, and holds a LOT of stuff while staying in place. I have been so frustrated with women's wear not having pockets or REAL pockets. This has solved BOTH visibility for safety, and storage issues. As a diabetic walker/runner, I need to carry glucose with me in case I experience sudden blood sugar "lows" while exercising. I also enjoy listening to music with my wireless earbuds, and I also like to play Pokemon Go while running. Carrying a huge smart phone would cause my exercise pants to sag. I tried phone arm bands, but being a larger woman, the arm bands either didn't fit or would constantly slide off. Having to break concentration during my workout ruins it. This storage waistband stays in place, doesn't "jiggle", holds my phone, glucose, earbuds if I don't want to wear them, holds my house keys, etc. without any fear that I will lose anything. It's not itchy - it's smooth, comfortable, and additionally helps wick sweat away from my body. Easy to wash, easy to put on, and easy to remove. I wish workout bras were as comfortable and easy to maneuver as this waistband is. It doesn't fit around the base of my stomach, so I wear it higher on my waist under my chest. Works fine for me that way. I've been on a weight loss journey and have lost 60lbs so far, and am continuing to lose. I have high confidence this will work for me for a long time until I lose enough weight to order one in a smaller size - which I totally will.Knocking off 1 star, as the first time I put it on, while it's stretchy and has no problem fitting around my midsection, I do have to wear it higher up under my chest, versus directly on my hips, and the fourth time I was removing it, I heard some of the stitching "pop". It's still intact and easy to use and functions well, but it needs some stronger stitching. I love this, and highly recommend.

Great for travel safety!
As I was planning my first trip to Israel and Turkey, I knew that I needed heavy duty worry free security for my extra cash, emergency credit card and passport. Since I was traveling solo, I knew I had to be extra careful. Over the years I have accumulated the traditional neck and waistpacks. The waistpacks have lightweigh buckles which made me nervous. All of these were good for passport, credit card and minimal backup cash, they were way too small for the cash in small bills that I intended to take with me. I knew that I would be making numerous small purchases, and wanted no surprises on my Amex when I returned. I finally settled on the PakRat for several reasons:. American made, the reviewers who complained that to get stuff out they had to stop and fiddle, and the flexible and large capacity.I ordered XS. When it arrived, I tested it with about the same volume of paper on my hip on bare skin, on my hip over various pants, and above my waist under my bra. In all these positions, my PakRat did not shift. I put cash in the front, and the passport in one of the back pockets. I ended up wearing it above my waist under my tunic. The bulk of the bills was hidden by my breasts. When on public transportation to and from airports, I felt secure. When I arrived at the airport, I ducked into the Ladies, shifted the contents into my small theft proof crossbody bag leaving the PakRat on my body. After security and passport control, I returned everything to the PakRat. I did that because the scanners were likely to be set off by the cash.THE PAKRAT PERFORMED LIKE A CHAMP. There was no way anyone could get to my stash! The only downsides are the logo and the blue stitching. I would never wear this over pants and a leotard at home on the streets of NYC with any logo showing and the blue stitching calls attention to the PakRat. If the company would produce an all black logo free version, I might buy another one. I would also like a plastic zipper on one of the small pockets for my passport.

Great Idea...
I really like the PakRat. Looks like it's being marketed for women but I'm a 63 year old man and decided I would give it a try as I already own and use the Flip Belt and Shogun's take on the Flip Belt. The PakRat is different in that it allows me to fold down the top half of the belt and in effect locking my belongings in it. For a phone I have the Samsung Note 8 and it fits nicely in the PakRat. I use the PakRat as my every day piece of gear to store my keys, wallet and phone. I haven't gone on a run with the PakRat (alternating between the Flip Belt and Shogun)so I can't really comment on how it is in that regard but just using it the I do I know it would work fine for me if I was to use it when I run. I use a different phone (cheap) to run with as well as when I work out at the gym. I'm going to get another PakRat so I'll be able to rotate belts, as I've done with the other 2 belts I've mentioned. My waist is around 31 inches and I purchased the medium and it fits me fine.Update: 9/30/18Everything I said in my original review still holds true. The PakRat has held up well and I've had no miss haps. I only used it on a couple of runs because I was using different phones to run with. Since going to the iPhone X I started using different Android phones for my runs and workouts but now that I've gone to the iPhone XS Max the PakRat has taken on an all together more involving role. What I mean is it seems like the PakRat was made for larger phones, it's perfect and definitely secure in holding my XS Max. Also unlike other belts there are no seams that has the potential to separate because of excessive use (I've not experienced this but with a $1K phone I don't want to chance it. I purchased another PakRat and will continue to check for this belt to go on discount but even at the full price it's well worth it. This belt is my daily driver as I use all the time and even while I'm just messing around the house, grocery shopping or what ever. Good job and definitely a Great Idea!
