Local grocery sells them for 28 cents each. Am I missing something here?** A: IKR! I almost choked when I saw the price. I love the Cheddar Cheese flavor and Walmart sells them for 37¢ each (so $4.44/case of 12). The only aggravation is that online you can only add 3 into your basket but you can go into the store and buy every damn one they have on the shelf...no limit! My problem is I hate going into Walmart because I always wind up tossing stuff in the basket that I didn't intend to buy. **Q: why is it overpriced?** A: i bought it during the beginning of pandemic and all grocery prices in Amazon shoot up. The seller took advantage of the situation. **Q: not pictured in Maruchan product catalog anymore. Out of stock in my area. Say it isn't so** A: Thank you for contacting Affordable Buy. If you are asking if we have this product, yes we do. We can ship it right away. **Q: These are $.78 at local grocery that starts with W....why are they allowed to sell for more than $2?** A: They dont charge $2 for them. If you take the asking price and devide by how many are in the case you get how much a piece they are. In the store that is $.78 that price is for each cup of noodles. ## Frequently Bought Together - Maruchan Instant Lunch Hot & Spicy Beef, Ramen Noodle Soup, Microwaveable Meal, 2.25 Oz, 12 Count - Maruchan Ramen Chicken, Instant Ramen Noodles, Ready to Eat Meals, 3 Oz, 24 Count - Nissin Chow Mein Teriyaki, Chicken, 4 Ounce (Pack of 8) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/719492144-maruchan-instant-lunch-hot-and-spicy-beef-2-25-ounce](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/719492144-maruchan-instant-lunch-hot-and-spicy-beef-2-25-ounce) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-11-04*
