Exceptional product! I can now sleep through the night and not wake up once! I did not experience a bad taste as others noted. Can’t speak to the memory boost yet. But getting better sleep is the reason I will keep using this product!

I was having trouble going back to sleep after waking up at night but since starting to take Magtein I’m sleeping like a log. I seem to be dreaming a lot but they’re pleasant dreams. I’ve recommended it to several of my friends too.

These have been doing a good job with my nightly cramps. Best taken with food otherwise a bit of stomach upset. Only taking one is taking care of the issue, and extending the money's worth.

Had an allergic reaction multiple times. After taking only 1 per day for 2-3 days, I had swelling and a rash on my right knee. I wasn't sure what caused it, so I stopped taking these. After a week, with no other symptoms, I thought maybe it was something else that caused it. So I started taking these again, just 1 per day, at night, and after 2-3 days, the same swelling and rash returned to my right knee. I'm not sure what is in these, or if the product label is correct, but I am definitely allergic.

I recently started taking Swanson Magnesium L-Threonate based on my doctor’s recommendation. It’s still very new, so I need a bit more time to form a clear opinion, but I trust my doctor’s judgment. If they recommended it, I believe there’s a good reason behind it.
